Alamo Cycle Plex is the place to go! I purchased my Phantom here a few days ago and Brandi and Chris made the process quick, enjoyable, and easy. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and never pushed any product or service I wasnt interested in. I asked Chris to call me when the bike came in and he did not disappoint. He called me that morning, first thing! Brandi went above and beyond during the purchasing process to find me the best deal when financing my new motorcycle. Costa was our sales rep and he did an excellent job in guiding us in what was the best machine for us. He didn’t try to sell us the most expensive machine but what was going to work for our use. No pressure and we were in and out with our machine within an hour. We bought a Kawasaki Mule Pro-Fx LE.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS and deserve no starsOur Polaris was recalled so we contacted Alamo Cycle for a pick up, recall work and a 25 hour oil change. After several contacts they finally picked up our machine. When the machine was finally ready they informed us that we owed $1000 for a 100 hour oil change (the machine had less then 10 hours of use)! After much argument we finally ended up paying the $1000 in order to get our machine back. When they delivered the machine their work order indicated that a fault light was on indicating a bad relay or pump. Since the machine was still under warranty we questioned why it wasn’t fixed while they had the machine. We were informed that a technician could come to the house and fix it. After several weeks (with the fault light remains on) and multiple calls they decided to come pick up the machine again. After a week we called to check on the machine and were told they couldn’t find the problem so we now owed them for the time the technician spent looking for the problem that they had told us was an issue! After multiple calls to both Polaris and Alamo Cycle we still cannot get our machine back.BEWAREUPDATE:Alamo Cycle has worked very well with us the last few weeks. We contacted the owner after our previous review and worked out a schedule to have our machine serviced. He also refunded a portion of the money we paid for the unnecessary 100 hour oil change. it’s been a long process but feel confident that our machine is finally fixed and appreciate all that Alamo Cycle has done.

Went to purchase a motorcycle from this place and nobody would even give me the time of day. A couple weeks later I call to speak with a salesman regarding the purchase of a motorcycle and nobody would answer the phone and just kept sending me back to the operator. Poor customer service guys.

Took my ninja 400 for the 600 mile service. Dropped the bike off and was immediately was contacted about half an hour later by Greg letting me know that if I had any questions or concerns while my bike was in their hands to let him know. I was told up front about how much it would be, and I didn’t pay anything more when I went to go pick it up. All in all great customer service by the service department.

Went in here to talk tires for my cruiser. Had a guy say yup Im the one you need! Then when I started explaining what my bike was and what I was looking for he said oh you just tell me what size you want and Ill see if we have any guy had no idea about tires and what they do besides go on a motorcycle.I explained that my bike was a 2020 Street Glide Special and that I was going from the factory 19 to a 21x3.5 front and to an 18x5.5 rear. I explained that the bike is heavy 850lbs and that I was a big guy at 330lbs. And the response I got was we dont sell Harleys so I dont want to give you any advice on what tire just give the size you want and Ill see if we have them.

Very nice sales people, good selection of bikes, kinda dissapointed in the pricing, tag reads $3999.00 But fees are added running the actual price to over 5k. A bit misleading.

Justin in finance was great. Respected my time, had the paperwork ready to go when I was able to come back. Overall, maybe an hour getting through the whole process. Erik in sales was knowledgeable, understanding and knew the machine I was interested in as well as how it stacked up to the competition. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I bought my used motorcycle from here. It was a good experience. They let me use their loading dock to load my bike occasionally. Their service department has been very helpful. The parts guys have also been great to deal with. I will probably use them for my next purchase. And I would recommend them to my friends.

I was very pleased with my purchase. Everyone was so helpful and the team work and department pass off was professional. I purchased a Burgman, drove 6 hours to pick it up. Erik, my sales associate answered all my questions and addresses my concerns.

I called to get my rzr highlifter fixed and they said bring it in and when i got there they said mine was not able to be worked on because of my lift and some rust yet they sell them, in my opinion they are not atv enthusiests they are fake and only care about fast money. In my opinion a real atv service and dealer if they were real would work on anything to get you back on the trail to keep uou rolling

Very cool cycle shop, so many motorcycles in stock its not even funny. Numerous makes and models to choose from. The Slingshot vehicle is also available here. Their bike nights are really entertaining with food, live music, and various reps from motorcycle related products and services. While there, I was able to talk with and get information about motorcycle legal services from Law Tigers, great rep, very knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back there soon. Hope to visit on another bike night.

I was helped primarily by Zach R. Gregory F also assisted at times. They were badass and kept me up to date on progress of my Slingshot maintenance. The mechanics proved to be skilled and knowledgable on slingshots as my ride had a clutch issue that they quickly identified and fixed.

After losing my keys they were able to get my parts expedited for me and finished up 1 day before they said they would. Took my KX 250XC in for a recall. The service writer Zach took care of things great. Unfortunately, things didn’t go smoothly as parts were not readily available, but Zach did what a good service writer does and worked the problem. Of course it was inconvenient, as I had plans to ride with my son and missed weeks of doing so, but the part we’re stuck in transport thanks to our recent Geopolitical atmosphere. Zach kept me in the loop every step of the way. He’s a great communicator and made it very obvious he was focused on getting the job done and get me back out riding.Thanks Zach.

I have had several bad experiences with ACP, and would not recommend them to anyone if there is any alternative available. I stayed away for a while based on bad experiences from several friends.I decided to give them a shot and called to see if they could perform some routine maintenance for me, and was told by the tech on the phone,I dont work on bikes over 10 years old.The bike in question was a 2005 KLR 650, fairly common and one of the brands that the ACP claims to support. Weird/lame policy, but they can do what they want. I took my business to a mechanic that knows how to work on antique bikes like mine.I gave them another chance later when I needed to buy some tires; I wanted to stay local if I could. I tried to order my tires on their website, which I was unable to do - because it kept giving me error messages. So I called the store. I was told that, despite both of the tires I was ordering being listed as in stock on their website, one of them was on back order, but it was supposed to be back in stock the next day and I should still get it within about a week. That was 7 weeks ago. I just called to check on the status of my order, and it has still not shipped. It is now supposed to be back in stock and ship on the 21st of November, nearly a quarter of a year after the order was placed. This is the 4th time I have called and been told that the ship date was moved to a significantly later date.It would be one thing if I had been told we dont know when it will ship, but Ive been made 4 different promises at this point that have all been broken.

Buying a bike here was a terrible experience.After getting my pre approved loan from the bank I came into the dealership, talked to the salesman I had spoken with the day prior, and asked for the paperwork to take back to the bank to finalize my loan. The first red flag was seeing the freight price, it was priced $499 higher than the manufacturer listed. When I confronted the salesman about this he went back to the office and came back out saying they could lower the price by $300. Very fishy. After waiting quite some time a gentleman from financing comes to me asking about my loan application, asking what what application # is saying we can finish the process at the dealership so I don’t have to drive around. I’m suspicious but I give him the information. Two and a half hours go by, I ask for the paperwork several times and every time I’m met with the answer “it’ll be faster here”. Another hour goes by and I tell the salesman enough and to give me the paperwork. Three minutes later I have it in hand. I take it to the bank (a four minute drive mind you) and as we are about to finish she tells my that CyclePlex has CLOSED my first loan and opened a SECOND one with a much HIGHER INTEREST RATE! For the next hour we wait for cycleplex to close their application so I can open the original loan. While we wait the banker conforms my suspicions that the dealership is trying to take advantage of me.After six hours I finally drive away with my bike. I will never do business here again, shame on y’all for trying to take advantage of young people.

I dont think Ill be going again.This most recent event experienced, I went in last Tuesday to buy some parts for my bike, I did go near closing time but I was helped right away in the parts department.Ordered what i needed and paid for overnight shipping, since I needed it a.s.a.p since my bike is my main transportation, i figured since I had gone/ ordered near closing I assumed at latest I would be reviving my parts Thursday.When Thursday came around I got no call or email saying my order came it, I let it go and figured Friday would be the day.Friday came, and I called Cycleplex for an update, the parts rep didnt know why it had not arrived since i paid for Overnight, he said he would call me back and after 10 minutes the manager called me back saying that my parts would come earliest next Tuesday; Informing the manager I had paid for overnight their response was they didnt have control over the shipping, I asked for a refund on shipping since parts already come a week after you order them and how there was no point in paying for overnight if it wasnt honored or possible on their side and he said no.I used to go to Cycleplex regularly and over time Ive gone less and less, they just dont seem to be the quality they once were, and especially after being treated like that and its definitely not worth going since they were just being thieves, makes me wonder how many other people theyve done this too.Nonetheless One Star.

Kolby was an outstanding gentleman who did everything right out of his heart. Great customer service!!! A specialist by the name of Natalia worked with me and my dad. We were able to try on helmets to get a picture of what would fit and she helped us in those regards. She was very polite made good conversation and helped us figure out the best possible Helmet size. She also helped us set up accounts for the store, definitely a great bike place check it out. Also I forgot to mention that we were greeted by a man named Erik when we first got in the store wonderful guy awesome attitude very engaging, cracks jokes And let us sit on some bikes to get an idea of what to start with, overall there is nothing not to like about Mr Erik or Natalia both are wonderful employees who deserve praise!!!

We appreciate Brent’s leadership in the service department. He was able to step in and take a very bad experience that we had with their Service Writer during the intake of our bike, and turn around and make things right. His willingness to step in and take responsibility for mistakes made by his team, spoke to his accountability and honesty. Short version: Dont take anything 2011 or older to this shop for service.They wont work on models 10 years old or older. I have a KLR 650, a bike that has barely changed in 20 years and whose most recent model year is 2018. They still insisted that due to the pandemic, older parts are backordered for months because manufacturing is prioritizing newer models. Then he tells me another shop that could work on it. Wouldnt that shop have the same problems?So I have a bike compatible with a 3 year old model, it would need a very common kind of work done, he didnt even look up the part number to see IF they could get it, and then tells me somewhere else I can take it? The story sounds flimsy.I drove to another shop inside the loop who has been in business for decades, who said it will be no problem to bring it in - theyre picking it up in a few days time. It may take a while to work on, and I still can only hope they do a fine job. Well see.Edit to respond to owner: No, I understand clearly. You dont seem to understand that the KLR for 2011 is identical to the KLR of 2014, and almost identical to 2018 (and now 2022).But thank you for clarifying that you judge owners of the used bikes you sell as picky customers youd rather avoid.

Friendly experience, employees were knowledgeable. Was looking for something youth size and they had plenty of stock. One employee was hesitant to assist myself and my son, but everyone else was very attentive.

Got recommend by Diana Love and absolutely loved the experience. The customer service was spot on and they listened to what I needed and worked with my comfort. Being a new rider I didnt know much about the gear I needed. They definitely delivered. Will be going back for all my motorcycle needs. 👍
