I dropped my victory for diagnostics and was very pleased with the customer service and Chuck was very kind, friendly and I left my bike for three days at this shop and he did not charge a fee, as he did not find any issue with the bike after test drive. Highly recommend this shop, as for me customer service is very important, plus he is very knowledgeable and not there to rip you off.

Best bike shop in all the lands! Ive been using Benz & Bikes for nearly a decade. I recently moved away and am hoping Chuck will open something in the Houston/Galveston bay area (hint-hint, nudge-nudge)

They do great Custom work, but mainly for Harley, they dont do custom work for my bike.

Pretty much with dealerships here in town youve got to schedule an appointment just for a K service. And sometimes they still wont get to it that day.Now I can only comment on my experience.I came to Benz and Bikes on a recommendation. Rode in at 1pm out 3-4:00. I was expecting to have to leave my bike overnight. It was nice to be able to take my ride home with me the same day.Staff, are a great group of people.As I was leaving, a couple of customers were listening to their sounds systems installed by Benz and Bikes.Im jealous! They sound GREAT!!! Great clarity good all-around sound. Looks like they do a lot of custom work there. as well as maintenance.They also show me a few items that need to be brought to my attention for further service. Not by telling me. But by showing me. And that I appreciate. I would highly recommendBenz and Bikes for you service, upgrades, customization and definitely sound systems.Thank you.

Took my bike here for service last year noticed a loss of power and an oil leak on my oil filter decided to check my plugs since they changed them and found them to be gapped @.0034 instead of .0038 never again!

I dont ride my bike often and as such my carburetors got gunked up. I took the physical carb (detached from the bike) into Benz and Bikes. I got the carb back and never installed it until after about 6 months (3-17). After the installation I noticed that the bike wouldnt run; without the choke, would rev high at idle and would die if the other too didnt happen. After some youtube searching the most likely culprit seemed to be clogged pilot jets. Well i took it apart and you can see that it doesnt seem like the carb was cleaned thoroughly. Im not a mechanic myself but the pilot jets were clogged, there was still gas residue inside the bowls and the gaskets were not changed (which especially sucks b/c i brought in the 2 kits, 1 for each bowl, myself.All the shop had to do literally was open it up, clean it, change the gaskets and then close it up. 1 or more of those steps were probably skipped.I rated 2 stars instead of 1 as I guess I shouldve checked the work sooner.

Wouldn’t dare take my bike anywhere else. His new shop is cool just to drop by and check all their new builds and see what big project they have going on. Definitely recommend!!

I was told about this place so I took my 06 heritage classic there for a stage 2 and they actually were cheaper then the dealer and I knew they were honest because of what he told me about my bike . I definitely would come back and I have sent several friends there and they were just as happy

Chuck and his staff do a Great job everytime I bring one of my bikes in for service. They do everything possible to accommodate their customers needs, and over the years Ive recommended them to many friends and family members needing work on their bikes. Ive never heard a complaint from any of them.They also do amazing custom work, and always have several of their beautiful creations in the showroom.

Amazing customer service and staff. I was riding through San Antonio when I noticed an oil leak (that was supposed to get fixed prior to my trip) on my Harley. I had my bike at the mechanic for a couple of months getting different things fixed and appearently that was fixed too. Long story short leak was still there, contacted Benz and Bikes and they were the only ones that took my bike in out of 4 other shops. Got there and I was told exactly what was causing the leak and in less than 2 hours it got fixed all with an oil change as well. They will definitely work with you, the options, and even offer you more affordable routes without sacrificing quality. 5 out of 5 easily. Best customer service I have ever seen.

These guys are unbelievable. Not only are they half the price of any dealer but they are unbelievably fast. Yesterday, I ran over a strip of decking nails which resulted in four nails in my rear tire. The owner himself picked me up and trailered the bike to the shop late in the day on a Saturday and his crew immediately started working on it. I was back on the road in under one hour.I brought another bike in two weeks earlier to have the wheel bearings replaced. It was cheaper to get the wheel bearings in both wheels replaced than a buddy who took his Street Glide to the dealer when his rear bearings fused together on him. And to top it off, the service was completed in a couple of hours.I own three bikes and my wife has one, they are all coming here from now on. I ride with a group of five riders and they’ll be bringing their bikes here as well. These guys are very easy to work with.

Expertly refurbished my wifes Suzuki Intruder VL800 after another bike fell on it, causing significant dents, scratches and broken cosmetic components. Owner (Chuck) provided personal service... Excellent repair.

My husband were on our way to Bandera and his belt drive busted off. He looked up the nearest bike shop, gave them a call and they called a flatbed tow truck and had them pick up his Ultra Classic and our pull behind motorcycle trailer. Ive got to say we couldnt have taken it to a better shop. They dropped everything and put all of there efforts into my husbands bike. We probably got to the shop after 3:00 sometime and had the bike ready by 5 ish. I thought our whole weekend was gonna be ruined but these guys had us back on the road in no time. The best place ever

Took my bike in for tires. Wound up with tires, brakes, a sticky brake petal, and a messed up caliper. No call, no permission. How does i do my own work, if i had a tire machine i wouldnt be here now translate to brakes and tires.

I took in a brand new Road King Special to have some headers put on and they did a horrible job. Clamps were loose and they didnt even use the right brackets. The pipes were leaking exhaust due to the pipes not being connected right. Took the 2 bolts off the muffler and the pipes fell right out. Even the heat shields werent clamped on correctly. Stick did an unbelievably bad job and I cant even get a hold of Chuck to let him know his shop did such a bad job. Took my bike back and all Stick said was I had to tighten a loose clamp. Thats screwed up!!!
