Walked in and waited for a greeting that took more then 10 minutes. Woman finally after having what seemed like personal conversation asked me what I needed. I explained and she said they would be right with me. Left and never going back. Better chance and probably fast just going online

They were priced reasonably didnt hound my heels when I pulled up and was very nice. Will see about their mechanics next week and let know. But really dig their service and ppl so far.

They are amazing! Besides their knowledge, they are customer based. My credit card declined on a small service bill, and with a smile i was told to not worry about it just come back tomorrow to pay it. It took me 3 days to get back but i did.

Talk to the receptionist over the phone, she was very rude, took me 3 more calls throughout the day to get ahold of a sales associate who was always “gone” or “he just left” about a bike I wanted. Zach told me to send him pictures of my trade in so he can value it and get back to me within the hour, never got a call back. Let’s just say I went from being excited to just being annoyed by the end of the day and lost interest. Idk what kind of dealership would do that to a potential buyer. It definitely shows me that they do not care about the customers.

I brought in a 2004 Kawi Vulcan to be gone over and basically restored to functioning order. They were not able to do this because new parts could not be found. I was also told the transmission was bad. I did bring up that maybe we could transition into purchasing one of the bike in inventory but it never really felt like my idea... I ended up purchasing a 2013 NC700X. I took my bike to a dealer to get new tires. Turns out parts are missing on the bike. Even more interesting is that vulcan is now for sale. For a bike they couldnt find parts for, they sure got it fixed quick. I would be wary of getting anything done here. My whole experience with 210 has felt... a little off. They never answer the phone, even when it does ring. I would hesitate to purchase that Vulcan, and any other bike.In response to the dealer : The possibility of used parts was never brought up to me. Yes, trading in the vulcan was my idea but it felt like you guys were doing everything you good to get me to lean that way without outright stating it. As for problems with the bike : The front wheel spacers are mismatched and the dealership is having trouble getting the tires mounted properly. Since I cant prove that it came from you that way, I doubt you will do anything about it.

Really great place to get a used motorcycle. Zak was super friendly and a big help throughout the entire process. He was very informative on how to get through the process. I also really appreciated how he worked with me even after I purchased the motorcycle. I needed a few things done on the bike and he was very good at helping me out . I highly recommend 210 cycles if your looking for a used motorcycle. Good selection and fairly priced. Also Mechanics are awesome and very fast with all mechanical needs. I will definitely be going back when its time to get my wife her bike!!

Nice enough but dont have what Im looking for. Bikes were all clean and pretty low mileage. Good selection of road bikes and cruisers. Nice gold wing and Harleys. Pricing is very competitive. I will try back later for a KLR 650. Conveniently located.

Went in September 17th (Thursday), and submitted an application. Called to see the status, and I got approved for XXX down, which was fine. Called back later that day, and texted finance & was told to wait to get a call back. Nothing... called back Friday, and I was advised to keep waiting. So I asked if they’d be open on the weekend which they weren’t. Texted finance on the 17th, and we are now the 25th and I got a reply back with what to take... I purchased my own bike already from a dealership cash, so I am no longer need the finance here. Kinda sucks, usually sales people are on top of it, and get back to you to make the sale quick. No luck here though.

Guy sold me a bike and told me it was stalling at lights because of the gas.(Needed to be premium) But that was not the case, took it to a mechanic and he pulled out a factory spark plug. Hence the bike is a 2015 and it was Sept 2020. Just not ok with the fact I brought it back to get fixed, and was feed baloney. And then had to pay for a tune up which it needed badly. I think three stars is fair.

Took my bike in to get new tires,brakes and the fluids changed I am happy with the work they did at a reasonable price The staff was really friendly and they have a good selection of stuff bikes,helmets and parts I my self will be going back and when someone ask me were they can go to get work or stuff for there bike I will be telling them to check out 210 Cycles

Bought a bike from 210 after they supposedly did THREE full inspections, supposedly disclosed all issues, and promised to send pictures of all defects. Zach sent me 4 pictures of the only issues he could find, so the bike appeared to be VERY clean. However, I then PAID them to fix all these issues and then paid them to do more upgrades as well. I then had the bike shipped, but when it arrived, it was in BRUTAL condition. Loaded with all sorts of problems, such as lousy paint and body work that I paid them to do, damaged parts, rust, pealing and pitted chrome, and sloppy work. The new LED lights they installed fell off. There were tears in saddle. Rust everywhere. Zach asked for pictures of the issues so they could handle their mistakes so I sent them about a dozen. Zach asked for more pictures, so I sent more. Since then, Zach has not responded to about a dozen emails and 2 calls. I have hired my cousin who is a lawyer in LA to sue these lying cheats and I also filed a complaint with MasterCard and they are in the process of disputing ALL they payments I made to 210. Sad when people operate so dishonestly, have such a lack of ethics, and then LIE ON THEIR GOOGLE RESPONSE to try to make it look like they did nothing wrong. However, Karma is going to bite them hard over this one. Zach - you have a short window of opportunity to do the right thing...

This place is absolutely awesome, I called one day with a problem and the gentleman that answered was awesome. He gave me an honest answer on how to fix it. Without screwing me like most places would and get me in there with every excuse under the sun on how and why to I should bring it in etc. And charge me hundreds of dollars for a 5 minute fix. I would do business with these guys any day of the week. Honesty integrity are traits that are extremely hard to come by. This was the best news I needed to recieve for days. Thank so much 210 Cycles!!!!!!

Nice selection of used bikes. Most of the ones I saw were high milage units, but relatively clean. Newer bikes with low miles are available. Staff is friendly. Ive spoken to the owner a few times, he was helpful with advise about a starter bike for my special lady friend. They have a service department and do carry a few accessories. Prices are fair and there were good deals to be had. Check them out.

I bought my 2013 gsxr 750 from them, cash. Was a great deal, 2500 under retail. Great guys and are willing to help fix anything you need done! Would recommend them to everyone. Note, these are used bikes and not all are perfect, hence the prices and the ease of finance. These are luxury items to own. If you cant afford or get approved, you probably dont need it. My bike is running great 8k miles later, not one issue. Thanks for everything 210 cycles.

Ok selection for used bikes. First time I went up there i wanted to look at a bike i was interested in, I stood in the lobby for a good 5 minutes before front desk guy greeted me, I told him I wanted to check out a bike and he lead me to zach. Zach pointed out the bike I wanted to look at then left for 10 min. Couldnt get the bike so I came back another day for another bike I was interested in and did all my research on the bike and decided to get it. While Zach showed me the bike he was trying to sell me on the fact that it had a custom leather seat. Brought that up couple times... First thing I replaced... Didnt say anything about the bikes performance and had no knowledge about the specific bike I wanted to buy. The rear brake was not connected which gave me very little confidence about their service to bikes they get in and he had no idea what mods were done to the bike. Ended up paying cash, with no room to haggle so paid full price for what he was asking for. Figure middle of winter, during a rainy day would have given some kind of leeway but no. guess I should have mentioned i am a vet with 2 tours in Iraq in 2005. Overall not a great experience dealing with 210 cycles, would have gone somewhere else if I had the time.

Missing a part on my bike that was present when I dropped it off but yet Im told...we didnt touch that side of your bike. However; you started to install my mount on that side and thats the side my part is missing from. Anyone who knows me, knows Im anal about my bike and car. I go over my bike EVERYDAY, like I did this morning before I dropped it off. Had it two months and trust me, you either misplaced it or straight up..took it. I have pictures proving it was there. Hanging wires and light strips falling off is far from a professional LED install. This place is joke. Save your money and find a real shop.UPDATE: Please dont come up here acting fake. I DID bring up the fact my bike was missing parts and was told we cant give you another rubber piece If your little worker wouldnt have messed with that side of my bike handlebar trying to install a mount that DIDNT go there, maybe it wouldnt have mysteriously disappeared. HAPPY?!?! Happy about lights that werent even shown to me before I was rushed out the shop because it was closing time. NO ONE went over anything that was done to my bike. LOSE WIRES AND LIGHTS THAT DONT WORK would make me happy? Just stop.... Again folks, this place is a freaking joke.

My go to shop. Been a customer since they opened. Mikey (certified mechanic) was my mechanic before he started there. One word FAIR, KNOWS HIS SH#T and Professional. The owners have brought the heat to Texas from Florida. Their custom big wheel baggers are second to None. Customer Service is impeccable and youre greeted as you walk in the door. Customers are not just another dollar in the register but become 210 FAMILY. THESE GUYS and lady never forget a face or name or what you ride after they meet you. One of the few businesses that every employee and principle has a smile which means they truly love what they do. Damn this is long..but factual. So onto the inventory: bikes are badass, financing is easy and accessories are priced like Walmart but with Saks 5th Avenue quality. BEST IN TOWN. Check out their new location. Sold me an unsafe motorcycle and then attempted shady repair work and lied about parts, would never recommend EDIT:Added photos of ziptie repair, non OEM melted fairings as promised and the bike 30 miles from the dealership on day of purchase where it came apart on the highway. I asked for a refund on the purchase price(I offered to take a loss on the TT&L) after they promised to repair the hazardous motorcycle and they lied, and put me back on the road with a bike that could have caught fire or came apart again. Additionally they paint work on the fairings is less than impressive for a custom paint shop. I even offered to trade for another bike and let them repair this and sell it since in my 5 weeks of ownership it sat at the dealer for 3.5 weeks. The bike has only been ridden twice, half way home and all the way home. It had potentially dangerous issues on both rides.

I met the owner just as he opened up his shop. He spoke about his shop in Florida and his move here. I respect anyone making that venture and my opinion if him was pleasant. In fact it has me thinking about purchasing from his shop to this day. Custermer service has many major hassles and you cant please everyone. But if anyone is paying attention to these postings you will see he is responding to any and all who have negative opinions of various sorts and offers to discuss or rectify the issues on a one on one basis. Im sure they may have the best intentions, and might work with you on prices, but each and every sport bike was extremely used & worn. Chains & roters were rusted, body panels were zip tied to the frame, blinkers missing, panels loose, and all the bikes there had some sort of poor poor custom mod.Sorry guys, good luck tho...

Sent my bike(VFR800) in for repairs lets just say something wasnt done right...so I took it to another shop as a last resort and being impatient. WENT back to speak with the manager Darren about the incident!!!! told him what happen he apologized and wanted the opportunity to correct it but, it was already being broken down at the other place. He offered my a refund that was reasonable and offered me his personal number just in case I ever broke down he would be more then willing to assist...Darren could have got defensive but chose a higher road and extended the customer service customers would want to receive....class act sir....in short i will definitely come back to these guys. Sometimes it is how you respond that makes or breaks furture enter actions/ business !! Never disrespected at any point of my transaction...they have my business still plus prices are fair!! Thank you 210 staff even though the repair fell short you guys rebounded back with great attitude and cs.

Was intrested in financing a new bike and did all the paperwork that was needed. Did the pre-approval process and was told out qualify for 11400 however when I actually went to for the paperwork because some was missing I turned the rest of it in the salesman failed to turn all my documentation in there for I was qualified at that point for 8000 which really upset me I never got a phone call from anybody in that company no one called me back to let me know the status not one phone call to explain to me what was needed or was locking all I got was emails which were in message form which can bring back and forth and they were very lengthy and long but not once did I get a phone call even though I requested a phone call from someone several times theyre not organized to where they think they should have been it took two weeks before I even got an answer and that was only because I called to find out what was the problem. I dont think they are a good company to deal with in my opinion I had a bad experience I do not know if its cuz Im a female and the salesman was just being an ass with me cuz he did take his time when youre always there waiting for like half an hour not happy with their service at all with the store level or corporate level. Had to finance my bike through a different company and a different bike
