Fixed my bike in less than a week what was going to take weeks in other shops. Prices were amazingly low and you couldnt beat the customer service.

I went here because of so many people telling me how good the shop was, I had a terrible experience. I needed some Maintenance done carb clean a valve cover gasket chain and sprockets and I said my bike over heating a bit so they recommend engine ice for my bike that is a bit older so finding parts can be difficult which is fine but the lack of communication and failure to meet there own deadlines was overwhelming. I was told a 30 day wait to begin work which was fine even though I explained the bike is my daily vehicle I asked if there was any way to get it done faster and they said money talks so I paid 90% of job upfront. More then 110 days later it’s ready... I show up the owner won’t even look me in the eyes or talk to me which was super weird i only called them like 6 times to check on how every thing was going which I spoke with the wife every time and she was super nice and professional. Now I had a Manuel fan switch on a fairing piece that has completely disappeared? Was told they would buy another or find it? it’s been almost a month I’ve called a bunch now and no answer or call back, my frame was plastic dip sprayed and wasn’t perfect but I guess they dropped a bit of gas on it and ran streaks to the frame. I gave them brand new silver sprockets and end up with dirty probably used black ones... the chain is new and the carbs are cleaned. The engine ice coolant works ok I guess but my bike is prone to heating up at lights and traffic and now I have no fan so the engine ice is pointless... the bike was covered in cob webs and dust when I get there to pick it up not that important just lack of craftsmanship and integrity... before this I was recommending this shop, I feel like a idiot for that.

Great customer service, very helpful, answered all my questions, had my bike running again in no time. I would highly recommend them to everybody.

I looked at a bike Friday night and it was obvious it needed a new chain and sprockets, brake system flush, oil change, and radiator flush. Spoke to Chris that same night and he said he could do it fast and at a fair price. I bought the bike Saturday and Chris let me drop it off right away even though he wasn’t open. Bike was ready Tuesday afternoon. Couldn’t beat the price! Chris was very informative and didn’t seem bothered by the borage of questions I threw at him. I’ll definitely bring my bike back to him for all future work and send all my friends to him as well! That’s our lives on those bikes and Chris doesn’t take that responsibility lightly. It’s a good thing to ride away feeling safe because you know the work done was quality work and done right! And having something left in my wallet is definitely a plus!

I had a great experience at Precision Cycle Works. I am a new rider and I needed the typical 600 mile maintenance which includes an oil change and tightening/checking many parts. I went to Precision and they were respectful of my time and they were very nice. I dropped my bike off and the next day I got a call indicating that the bike was ready. I went to pick up the bike and I learned that they found a lot of small things to fix like tightening the right steering bar mount and adjusting my foot break. Now my bike rides better than when it was brand new.Their prices are super reasonable and I will definitely be back. I am happy they’re in downtown San Antonio because their location is so convenient.

I took my 2009 Ducati monster that hadn’t ran in over 2 years to precision cycle works and they got it running no problem in just a few days. They did a complete tune up on my bike (oil change, new battery, chain lubed, new spark plugs) and even detailed it for me at an amazing price. My bike is running perfect now. Can’t wait to have them install some new custom parts on the bike. These guys are incredibly knowledgeable on any bike repair you might have and you can’t beat the convenient location and prices! The best service ever. I took my bike to two other mechanics and they couldnt fix and charged me double the price precision did. They found the problem with my bike. Did tons of test and didnt even charge me for them. They practically just charged me for the parts!! They kept in touch with me trough the whole process and was a very quick turnaround. You cant go wrong with precision cycle works! Will never go anywhere else!

Finally a good friendly place with good prices. I will differently recommend and Ill be back for future upgrades.

Triumph Bonneville owner. Chris and his his wife took care of my bike and shot straight, which comes before everything. Just finished my first post oil change and tune up ride and I cannot say enough about the quality work this shop produces.

This was a GREAT place and the owners are very knowledgeable and friendly i we felt at home and most of all the job got done right the first time..i found the shop for me and i would recommend this shop to a friend.

Took my Harley in for an air leak on my front tire, they fixed it in less than an hour. They where very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Had my 06 cbr 600rr stolen a few min down the road and had found it on craigslist. Talked to the seller and told me his name, who i will not mention, but it turns out it was a worker here that stole it (someone higher up here a relative) . Gave me the address explaining its at his garage (aka this address). The seller got spooked and ghosted me. I wont associate with any shop that has to do with stealing of any kind. After all we are a community and to steal someone elses bike is down right wrong. I have had others in the community that know this individual and have said nothing good. I dont know about the shop exactly, but knowing my bike was involved and with the shop is somthing to be worry about.
