They were very nice but when I ask about a specific type of fencing the person did not know that they had it in store. I was told that they did not have and that they did not sell it. But when i went outside, I found it. They were very nice and helpful none the less. The pictures are of a few things that they carry in the store.

Amanda the Manager would not price match an item saying that it had to be a local online competitor. Called corporate and they said they can price match any item as long as it not ebay, Amazon or sold by a 3rd party. Well I found this product on the manufacturers page. It will be my last purchase at this location. I went to another TS since I needed 2 of the same items and they price matched the same items without hesitation

You find everething for insects, pets and rodents, also fruit trees, roses and a lots more!

This place has horrible customer service. I went to pick up a curbside order today and the employee yelled at me for not parking in a curbside parking spot. I tried to explain that there were none available when I arrived and she was quick to yell that there were spots available. She stomped off after that. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager and got hung up on. The next time I called back, whoever answered the phone was just pushing buttons on the other end. I called a third time, tried talking to the person who claimed to be the manager and she HUNG UP on me. This type of service is unacceptable. I will not return. Do better, Tractor Supply.

Tractor supply has many tools. It has cattle and horse feed as well as dog and many other animals feed. It is a good place to get dog treats as well as antibiotics for animals.

Employees were EXTREMELY rude to my girlfriend when she was trying to buy a kenney for RESUCE DOGS. Didnt help her outside, but helped someone else. Didnt have the product that the online store said they had. Would let her pay the difference for a similar product. Absolute trash go somewhere else.

Every time we’re going to the store it’s hard to get someone to help you in the floor. They always have one person attending to the register and the line or huge. The customer service needs to improve and having more registers open for the public.

Great selection of items for gardening and pet feed is the main reason I keep coming back, but could use some help in the customer service department. Employees do not greet customers or ask if you need help finding items. When I have asked for assistance, sometimes no one shows up to help. But if you have Google, it can still be a pleasant experience.

Out of stock of many horse tack items. Not just today, but for the past few times I have been in. They dont keep up with their inventory of their boots as well. They really need to get it together. The lower RGV has a huge population of horsemen and women that need a place to buy and replace tack.

Still 4-Star....associates quite friendly, but help to carry bags of corn took real long time, & of course, plenty of Shopping Gents ignored an old lady standing out in the hot sun by my truck to load heavy bags; each one to their own. Helpful GENTS no longer exist....., how sad.

TSC is not prepared to meet customer expectations during COVID. Ordered online and drove over to pick up our items, called the number and were put on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up and called again and were told to wait because they were very busy. People need jobs, hire personnel to meet the new demands of curbside pickup. Some of us are still playing it safe and smart trying to protect ourselves and others..

Always a welcoming experience going here. Needed some mower string. In-out in stock... grabbed a bag of jerky and a soda...away we went. Clean store!

Can find a lot options for garden, equipment, tools, construction and more. And the personal help us very good. We looked for a tractor belt, we can find here and it works perfect!!👍👍

My first time in one of this stores, maybe the name had to do with it, I dont have a tractor. So never had the need to check this store.But it was a good a visit, a long line at the cashier but it went fast. A little lack of customer service but good.I found what I wanted and that was it.Maybe I will go back to check more things but that is a maybe.

I love the way they are very attentive on what you need. The dog wash is awesome. That have a friendly staff that never are too busy to help. Even when my dog pooped in the store. 😮

Dont stop if your in a hurry. Im leisurely writing this review as I stand in line behind 5 other groups of people with baskets full of items. Theres one cashier and she doesnt seem bothered by the shaking line of customers. Not enough to call for another cashier anyway. Other than the wait, I like this place, so Im just taking away 2 stars. Hey! I moved up in line!

I stood in line to pay for my merchandise, and waited so long that I left without buy anything. The person at the cashier didnt know how to input the persons purchase into the system. Employees need to trained better!

Definitely a niche store, so if youre going there instead of Home Depot, youll find what you need.Unless you think its like Home Depot (cuz its not). Its a farm & ranch supply store, not a home hardware.

Most times i found employees helpful and informant. I usually ask questions about animal health and care. They have helped me with clear and simple answers. Now at times I have a hard time as there are fewer associates on the floor and long lines with one cashier. Today to be fair, there was more employees on the floor and two cashiers.

Love getting our dog food here! Cheaper than other retailers. And is the only local place we can get Diamond Puppy.

As always, TSC has a great selection, courteous employees, but the checkout service is horrible, they never have enough cashiers. Today the one cashier announced for help twice was ignored and didnt get help til she called the office to get some back up

Just the right stuff and a wide variety. They dont take payments on their credit accounts - weird. Lots of parking for larger customers... I mean customers vehicles!

Recently been to this store for my gardening tools and so on, the staff is very knowledgeable on there products, and the prices are low. The tools and the items they sell are great! Havent had a problem with anything yet.

Rarely shop here as they are a little pricey but they usually have specific things Im looking for and super friendly staff (when you can actually find somwone to help you). Was able to find the horse watering trough my mom was wanting so she could turn it into a planter for front porch.

Always helpful. If not on shelf,they check back stock. Answer all my questions. I enjoy shopping there.

Go there for most residential yard stuff and some home project stuff. Staff is friendly and helpful. Variety of stuff available. Overall, cant complain.

My wife visited the store today. They had one cashier, who was very nice. The register was backed up about 12 deep and the cashier was ringing up and handling returns. A customer finally complained and the cashier called to the back and a manager finally came to the front. My wife needed help and waited after the cashier called for help and no one came . She managed to get an item from the top shelf and left. No one came to help. When she talked to the manager he was not friendly. Over all it was a bad experience for my wife.

We found a fuel tank for my truck online, so we drove from South Padre Island to Harlingen to pick it up. The tank was dirty from sitting there too long. A very nice young man named Dillon used Windex and paper towels to clean it, even though I told him not to worry about it. His response was, I dont mind with a great attitude and smile. He also offered to help us loaded it up on the truck.Its hard to find this​ kind of customer service nowadays. This young man seems to have great work ethic and a great attitude!Thanks Dillon for your help today!

Had a nice experience, I was carrying a heavy bag of food struggling and the came a wonderful young man- an employee, he saw me and quickly came and took the heavy bag from me and even carried it to my vehicle after I paid.

The people there are really nice an down to earth an I thank them for there hospitality again thanks team...

Terrible experience! There was one cashier. One! The line was terribly long and nobody came to help ease the backed up line. By the look on the cashiers face, thisbwas nothing new. She still kept a friendly attitude though. Employee after employee passed by a young lady lugging a big ol bag of pet food through the store. They didnt even offer to help her. Shameful. Absolutely shameful.

One needs to appreciate how hard it is to keep so many oddly shaped and packaged items in stock and looking good. Their team does a great job. The store is clean and well-lit. Parking is easy and trailers and RVs can easily navigate the lot. Better than most TSCs ive shopped.

Understaffed! Uneducated staff. They sell propane but no one is licensed to fill bottles. 1400 rv campers 1/4 of a mile away. But they cant fill one propane container. Personnel scheduler doesnt understand his work force or the location demands. How do these chains stay in business when they squander their investments in facilities.
