They sold me a bad phone and they have bad customer service.

Great Store with great customer service. They have a young man that works there and he is very helpful. Prices are great and just one of the best stores ive been to overall. They have all the phones most of the time and always are good on inventory.

I needed a phone ASAP and the employee at this store sold me a 70$ phone which is usually free for new customers to metro pcs. I asked about the $30 plan and she refused to give me the plan insisted I had to get the most expensive plan and added on some extras to my plan without my consent. I ended up going to a different store and told them what happened and they gave me credit back for the plan difference. Never coming back.

How can you tell a customer oh sorry when you use all your unlimited data or gigabytes we metro pcs give the rest to other people who havent used theres ok I STTONGLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYBODY THEY DONT HAVE THE RIGHT ANSWERS AT ALL .
