I really cannot say enough about the great customer service experience I received here. I was expecting a couple hour visit and was out within 30 minutes. My salesman was professional, helpful and kind and so was his manager that he introduced to us. The entire team was friendly and helpful to everyone who walked in. Certainly 5 stars is warranted.

Never had problems with this store before, but something changed. I called customer service while there and fixed it. Glad to walk out and not be forced to deal with stupidity. Go to Redlands instead, it is a corporate store.

This was the BEST customer service I’ve ever received in ANY retail store! I’ve worked in sales for more than 10 years, and Cynthia’s genuine service was extraordinary! I called the store beforehand gave my name to reserve a spot, and when I walked in, WITHOUT me even saying my name, she greeted me by name. (How did she know it was me and not some other customer?!?)You can tell that Cynthia is not only passionate about what she does, but also really loves to serve the people she comes in contact with.When considering my purchase, I did not feel pressured at all. She also went above and beyond to answer all my questions as well as to make sure I got the best deal possible on my iPad! I ended up leaving with a total of $250 in discounts and promotions.I wish I lived in Southern California so I could make this my home Verizon store.

Picked up my new Motorola Edge + today. Would have been 4 or 5 stars if it wasnt for Sergio trying to send me away because I wasnt an account manager. Thank God Matt came over as I sat in the store,, angrily on hold with Verizon Customer Service. He asked me what was wrong, and he was quickly able to ascertain that YES, I AM AN ACCOUNT MANAGER, AUTHORIZED TO TRANSACT ON this account! After Matt took over, I was squared away and on my way with my new phone in 5 minutes. Sergio needs training, badly.

Didnt realize this was no longer a corporate store! Stay away. Prices are 2x what you pay online at verizon.com. you better off placing the order online or over the phone. Poor service. They have the workers hanging out in the back room while customers are waiting.

I had fantastic service. With the current pandemic options were limited for direct assistance but Nilson and their manager Juan were very accommodating with my covid concerns. After talking with them they were able to walk me through my order and even convinced me to set up a Google account to help transfer over my photos. Great job guys.

I went into the store in San Bernardino at the mall And was there for almost 3 hours just to get a new phone One of the Workers said it would be 20 minutesBefore he could help me after I had been there a 1/2 hour alreadyAnd well I was waiting another person came in and he went straight up to him and asked him if he could help him while I was sitting there So I would advise not going to that store

I prefer the REAL stores, not the contractor stores. This is a real Verizon store. When you walk in you get a customer service rep almost immediately who works you through whatever your needs are. This is awesome. Other shops should take notice.

I waited in like for 30min while there was four people at the counter. Seems okay until you realize there was NO ONE IN THE STORE! I was the only person waiting while one other person was being helped. One employee was working out of four. The other three were talking to each other, talking on their phones to their friends, and showing each other pictures on their PERSONAL cellphones! TERRIBLE!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!

Dread you get a new phone online for half off yesterday never processed apparently so I go back online today to look at the same phone its at regular price so I go to the store explain to him whats going on there telling me thats only if I add another line Ill get it for that price I told him Im tired of being lied to you about stuff everytime I try to do something with Verizon either get b******* or lied to you I got a jetpack the mobile wireless device while back from my a store in Albuquerque where Im from its almost going to be $20 a month they did not proceed to tell me that its going to cost me $70 a month for a new line only when I was back in California and they told me they were going to shut my phone off unless I paid it I had to pay and found out that they added it to my bill anybody customer service is probably the best way to deal with these people

We reviewed all details of my account how this would appear on my billing statement and what additional charges I would occur. Do not deal with Frank (Coast Guard Veteran). I came today ready to switch over from my old plan to Verizon. He greeted me at the door and asked me what I wanted. So I explained that my wife and I are planning to switch. (I was ready to sign 6 lines) He then started to front door pitch me without asking for my name or info. He gave me the whole pitch with just a post it note. He obviously had no interest in the sale because he kept texting people while giving out information and he was really rude. His unprofessionalism puts a disgrace to Verizon’s motto of “We never stop working for you.” Thank you for your service in the military Frank but no thank you to coming back.

Terrible customer service. I think the guys name was Tony, very sneaky about the way they sell stuff. They cant be straight up with you, but lie and deceive people into thinking you are getting one thing and selling another. I had to ask the same questions over and over to finally get the truth, which Im still not sure i got. They got rude because I had to keep going over the same things. Do not recommend this location.

DO NOT GO HERE! They added charges to my account without permission. Went in to get them removed and was told I had to call customer service. Called customer service and they said its a common occurrence that the salesmans will add add-ons to your bill without permission and wont take them off because they dont want to affect their commissions. Beware. Go anywhere else.

The service was not that great. I went in for an upgrade and I told them my situation and they said I could upgrade for a little over $100 but they had to get a manager approval. I agreed with them and went through the whole process which took over an hour for at the very end they told me that they could upgrade me. I went head and called customer service to find out all i had to pay to upgrade today was $60 not the original $100 the store told me.
