This isn’t a complaint but a rave regarding one of your employees. I visited a Journeys store At 7 pm on 12/02/2020 inside Inland Center Mall in San Bernardino, California. I understand the holiday season is upon us and sometimes stores can get very busy. Upon entering the store, only one employee was seen, and he was helping another customer, but greeted us regardless. This employee’s name is Nick. His ability to multitask while being absolutely courteous is superb. We originally went to the store to exchange shoes for a larger size. This store did not have the larger size but Nick called a minimum of 6 stores in the area to see if they had the style and size I was looking for. In between calling stores for me, he was helping multiple people while being energetic, kind, and just the kind of person a company would want to represent them as a brand. Unfortunately, I was not able to exchange for the style of shoe I was originally looking for, but opted for a very similar style in the correct size instead. If it wasn’t for Nick and the amazing customer experience he provided, I would have just returned my purchase for cash and purchased shoes elsewhere. He made the experience exactly what any company would strive for. He deserves praise and recognition for his amazing skills as an employee.

Just wanted to give a huge thank you to Nick. My wife and I went into exchange some shoes that we had gotten for Christmas a couple months ago. Nick informed us that they don’t carry that particular style anymore. He then called 5 different locations trying to track down a pair for us. He did this all while being alone in the store ( other employee was on lunch or break). He was helping 5 or 6 different people at the same time. He handled everything magnificently. We were unable to track down what we wanted but felt compelled to exchange for something similar just because of Nicks customer service and his willingness to go above and beyond.

My friend and I received great customer service. The team was so helpful and gave us our time deciding which shoes to take since we were stuck on two different colors. They werent pushy at all and it was a nice feeling. Really bubbly and friendly over all. Definitely coming back soon!

I had never made a bad review I’m just not that kind of person but today I called to see if they had any shoes that I want in stock and they hung up on me. I called again and this girl Kimberly literally said something like “bro Im not” and hung up on me again. So rude.

Its a shoe store in the mall... They carry vans, Toms and a lot of Converse. They even have Birkenstocks. The prices are kind of expensive. They have a good selection of shoes.

Customer service was fantastic, even if they didnt have the shoes in stock. The young man helped us as much as he could to find the shoes we were looking for.

For the freshest gear. Its a must
