I was waiting a little while for an employee to help me out, but understandable there are other customers. BUT the cashier or if hes the manager needs to not take personal phone calls and stop taking to his friends(other customers) when Im trying to pay for my freaking shoes. I know he saw me by the cash register, we made eye contact. I had to get a salesperson to tell him to go to the register. I know his phone call was not important since he was talking about gang members and stuff.

It was good, but need more selection for children of size 3 years-6years old. It was very busy, however customer service was great. Thank you!

I dont understand why some of their employees work in a retail environment if they have zero customer service skills. Andre, when someone asks you for a certain shoe size you either bring it out or inform the client you dont have it. You do not assume that said customer cannot afford the shoes. That is horrible customer service. You were not asked for the price of the shoes you were simply asked for a pair size 10.5 that is it. If the customer can afford it or not that is NOT for YOU to determine. Unfortunately for Shoe Palace they lost not one but 2 sales today thanks to Andre.

So.....I went to the shoe palace in the mall. I believe. I liked it....but i wear a size 11 in womens which they did not have. I ended up getting name brand shoes of course, but i didnt get the ones I truly desired.. 😔. 3 stars.

I bought some jordans, took a while to get my size, and was pushed into buying shoe cleaner, just being honest here 🙃

Love the variety of sneakers but they dont always have the best selection of sizes but the staff is helpful and they will order them online for you if needed!

Definitely not my cup of tea. Stick to online shopping and avoid the hassle. Spent about 35 minutes trying to get a single pair of shoes, also if I wanted shoe cleaner Id ask for it. Overall too many people and inventory was limited. One worker asked me if I needed help and never came back with the shoe. Lol.

They were very respectful and very kind to me they didnt cop an attitude in any way they werent prejudiced or anything they were very nice God bless them

Excellent selection friendly upbeat staff very busy but they will always help you from the perfect pair of shoes I didnt even know I needed we were there shopping for my husband 😁

The girl at the door was horrible you wait to be helped only to not be helped every shoe i asked for they didnt have it was just a horrible experience

I can belive people pay so much money for shoes. Really they are not really good shoes just brand . I wonder if people knew the cost of making them and the people who makem if they will stll pay tha much for it

We came an hour before closing time only to be rudely told by an employee that they were closed already. (Guess they dont like money.)If you were told to close early then I understand, but use your customer service skills to say so. So dissapointing...

The employees need to be retrained.They lack basic customer service skills. They kept following my husband & I around the store. They made it uncomfortable to shop. I tried to ignore them as much as I could. After finding a few items I was ready to leave. The cashier was horrible. He put my credit card in the counterfeit money detection light. I asked why he did that. He said to make sure its a real MasterCard. That was very insulting. I let it go in hopes of getting out of there faster. Apparently if the total is over $400 and your method of payment is your credit card the cashier must call the manager to get an approval. After all that the credit card reader machine wasnt workin. So my husband & I paid cash. The cashier held up the bills in the air then put them in the counterfeit detection light. I was disgusted by this point. I will NEVER step foot in that building again. BAD EXPERIENCE. They dont even deserve 1 star.
