Went and bought a computer today. It was GREAT! for a great price. Execellent service been coming here for yrs.

This company dont not know how to run a business!First: I have to pay in cash, because they dont accept credit cards.Second: no one was there on time so I get my computer.Third: They didnt order the the part, so I have to wait another week, because I work in Norwalk and I didnt care about the cost. I just wanted my computer back!

They told me what I already knew only im a beginner and they acted professional. I broke my computer. Some things are better left to experts. Worth every penny.

I recommend this place because they can fix anything!! I fixed my laptop there! It cost cheap not like other stores that cost more like 200 or more but I got my laptop fixed for 120$ like thats cheap!!

It destabilized the system, he had to reformat it. He told me he would do so for an equivalent price we agreed just to get rid of . I insisted on paying him more, as he was devoting quite bit more effort than originally thought.

Very happy with their work, I did have to wait a little bit because there were 2 people ahead of me but with the quality of work they do it was well worth it. Highly recommend. My computer was virus free in less than 24 hrs cant say enough.

Javier helped us out a lot dudes, our hard drive was broken and people around town were quoting me $300 to replace/fix it. Restart did it for half the price, charged us for a 1tb hard drive then upgraded us to a 2tb at no additional charge because the wrong part came in. Super happy with the fast friendly service and amazing prices, thanks guys!

The reviews on this site are all on point. I saw this place while driving down Waterman (just moved here a month ago) and decided to give them a shot at fixing my all in one computer. Took it in, paid $48 deposit towards service price to get it checked, got a call in a couple of hours that it would be an extra $70, picked up my computer the next day. Works great!

I was a bit discouraged to know that their location on Waterman and Gilbert was closed. But I called the number and they are literally 3 blocks away from their old location and the area there is alot better. Definitely recommend dealing with Javier he has alot of patience and will help you in a very kind way.

I ran into this computer store on waterman by accident. The customer service was second to none. His prices were way below what other cut throat computer techs charge. I am personally getting 10 laptops by the 25th of October for my business. I was wondering where this guy has been while we waste money at other places. The overall thing is that the guy is a computer whiz. He knows his job and is very humble. I would highly, highly recommend this place to anyone, just anybody. Its awesome.

My computer had a cracked screen and a bad keyboard. after going around town looking for the best price i came here and was charged a little over half price on what other locations were charging for this type of work. jose is very kind and straight to the point if your computer has any issues i recommend taking it to him.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star! Guy was rude on the phone! I know what the problem is with my laptop. He said $45-65 for a diagnostic check. SMH, I need a new LCD screen in my laptop. Then I told him I had the part, evenwith the part I have plus the over all fee $180 I would be walking out the door paying $245. Horrible prices horrible customer service
