I would give zero stars.- I set up wifi/TV and over the phone they told me the price would be ~$90/month for 12 months- They hike our price to $145/month 6 months into the contract, and when I called to complain they told me the contract was for 2 years and it would be ~$200+ to get out of the contract- I wait until the 2 year contract ends, I cancel services before the next billing cycle, and then they charge me for an additional month of services, telling me I didnt cancel in timeAbsolutely worst customer service experience and scam Ive ever had and thats saying a lot. Id do anything you can to go with a different provider.
They didnt show up for 1st appointment. Rescheduled a week later. Never showed again. Came 3rd time. Installed wifi and then it wouldnt work. Rescheduled to come out again to fix it and didnt show up again. Now im going to return the router to them. This company is a joke. Not sure how they are even in business

Unbelievable what a horrible customer service!!! Tech. Never showed up waited 3 weeks. Even called day before to confirm that the Tech. Is coming. And still never showed up. Took a day off for nothing. Not recommended.
Scams for sure take your money and not provide service when needed
Waste time over the phone for 30 mins. People answer the phone must mess up their head. Keep transfer the wrong place and keep answer the stupid question and they can’t remember what you just said seconds ago.....
