I’m happy with boots and hats I got from here. Boots were definitely expensive, but can’t say it’s not worth it. They have all you can expect and want from western cloth store. Nice folks own it and work here. Will be back.

I absolutely love this shop! It has everything youll pretty much ever need for your horse including Western or English clothing. A massive selection of cowboy shirts and super cool cowboy boots. The store itself is very large.They have a good selection of saddles with all the tack youll need and more. In my opinion its the BEST shop in San Mateo-San Francisco by far... Do your self a favor if your looking for tack or western wear, stop by the saddle shop in San Carlos, Youll be happy you did!

I had to buy a pair of cowboy boots for a wedding in. The owner (I dont recall his name unfortunately) was very polite and helpful, and helped me pick the right boots. I dont think Id choose another western supply shop. This one was the best thus far.

Old school shop with excellent customer service. Also, the product selection is really good. I hope they keep the shop open for a little while since there is no other horse riding store nearby.

Terrible shop with nasty old owners. I made a return of ill fitting Western boots for over $300 within their return policy. They gave a return receipt but never actually refunded the money to the credit card. It was a haste! During that in-store return the old lady owner was very abrupt and plain rude. I believe she intentionally didnt process the refund to my credit card. I had to sent proof to my credit card, follow up, and wait 2 months for the refund. If I wasnt suspicious about her initial rude behavior, I probably wouldnt have looked at my CC statement to see if it came through. To my surprise she really didnt process the refund, my credit card company did when I initiated the dispute. Its a shameful behavior when this business owner acted like this, especially when running a business for such a lovely hobby as horse back riding popular among young generation.

Bought a pair of Larry Mahan western cowboy boots there. The sales lady was able to custom fit them to my feet, by wetting the leather and stretching the boot where it pinched or was to tight. When she was done they fit like they were custom made for me.Best pair of boots I ever bought. Good selection of most any Western gear and clothes you are looking for. I have to get back there to check out there English riding clothes and boots and tack gear for our daughter. I will let you know what we find. Service has always been the best, they know where to find anything you are looking for.

The selection of horse equipment and horse related items is extensive. The couple who served me were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Came here for boots - a decent sized selection (mostly the same brand) but pretty expensive ($300) and women sizes only up to 10.Seemed to have a wide variety of tack and western wear.
