Very professional and kind people from start to finish!!! From the moment I brought my car in, Natalia at the service desk was super friendly and attentive. She checked me in and my service guy Brandon, promptly gave me and my car the attention that it needed. He gave a thorough and honest estimate of my cars damage and went the extra mile in explaining all of the work needed on it! I cant say enough about how amazing and helpful he was during this stressful time for me as my brand new mustang GT 5.0 was vandalized 360 degrees. He gave me honest feedback and a clear expectation of time it would take and attention it needed. Brandon went above and beyond which put me at ease and it all worked out! Definitely the best collision repair shop Ive ever been to. Really great guys in the shop, very respectful. They kept me up to date every 2 days on what was going on with my car and she came out even better than how I got her in the first place in my opinion. Definitely a 10 out of 10 and recommend going here if you need repairs done to your vehicle. Five star service! Out of five choices our insurance company gave us, we decided to go with Caliber Collision in San Clemente and were glad we did. The staff was friendly and very helpful, they went above and beyond what we expected. Weve never had service like this from a body shop before. Highly recommended.

Reagan was so helpful and did an amazing job! He is so friendly, sympathetic and always kept me updated on the process of the repairs to my vehicle. The team made my car look brand new and I could not be any happier or thankful for Reagan and his teams work!

I was impressed with the work I had done on my vehicle after getting in an accident. Caliber did an excellent job in communicating with me regarding all aspects of getting my vehicle repaired. The best body shop in the area. The staff is friendly and will help you out as much as possible went to them twice with body issues and got both vehicles done in an extremely reasonable time and for a great price. If you need a place to get your cars body work done I would go there. I had my ford truck in the shop and had to replace the front fender and fix the passenger side door and when I got my truck back I couldn’t even tell that it ever got hit. They also cleaned the tires on my truck for no extra charge and something I didn’t ask for but appreciated having that done made my vehicle look brand new. They work will with all different types of insurance companies and they work with a great car rental company that will pick you up from the location. So if you need any body work done with your vehicle go here you won’t be disappointed.

Brought my vehicle in for some minor repairs on the rear bumper. Staff was very courteous and helpful to process my insurance and get me back on the road. The repairs were great, the car looked just like it would from the factory when they finished.

These guys are awesome! Went in expecting for pay at least a hundred bucks for some paint work, walked out of there paying nothing with a free bottle of touch up paint. These guys arent out there to get you and truly care about their customers, unlike most shops Ive been to.

Its Caliber, what you see on the outside is not conducive on the inside. For the most part the front line people are great, it the managers on up are a bunch on nincompoops.
