They were very professional and caring. Very detailed estimate. They called promptly when my part arrived and set up the service appointment. Thought it would take a few days because of some additional programming needs that needed to be coordinated by an outside business. Took it in at 9:30 and finished by 3:00. Great wash, vacuum, even left some touch up paint for my potential future scratches. Would highly recommend this business.

Got my car in fast. Dylan the estimator and Anton the manager couldn’t have been nicer. Provided rides to and from my home since I was local. Finished the job in a couple of hours in one day. On the freeway a rogue truck tire bounced on my car and left a few thousand in damage. I was preparing myself for a run-of-the-mill auto body repair shop but was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of Fix Auto. Caleb, who handled my claim at Fix Auto, explained the process in detail, lined up an agreeable drop-off estimate appointment, helped me get into a rental so that I could get to work, and kept me updated throughout the process. I truly felt like he treated my car like it was his own, making sure that it was delivered on time and fully restored to its previous condition. I hope to not have to have any more paint and body work done, but if there ever arises another occasion, I would not hesitate to get over to Fix Auto in San Clemente.

Super happy with my experience. I had a golf cart full of 14 years olds smash into the side of my 1990 Ford E350 Econoline van 4 days into owning it. It is a rare gasoline color with a black stripe and its all original paint, so I was very bummed. Fix Auto took the job when most body shops wouldn’t want to touch a car over 10 years old. They did a stellar job with a very quick turn around, and they went above and beyond with the repair. They even sent me text messages along the way with pictures and updates of the progress. Hopefully I am never in this situation again but if I am I know where I’ll be bringing my business to.

I stopped by to get a quotation for reparing a minor scratch on my new Mazda CX-30. I had attempted to do the repair myself using a paint pen that I got from the dealership but the results were terrible. I was very impressed by the curtesy and honesty of the manager who took care of me. He gave me a rough estimate of costs and I told him that I did not want to spend that much for the repair. I told him that I only wished I could have done the job better myself. He really surprised me when he volunteered to try to fix it himself and proceeded get a small amount of paint in a bottle cap and a tiny paintbrush. In less than five minutes he had removed the mess I had made and proceeded to make the scratch disappear with his skilled hands. I was delighted and I asked him how much I owed him. He totally refused to accept any money and told me that customer satisfaction and a good reputation are more important to him. I will certainly go to see him if my car needs any repair in the future.

With my previous experience here in the past being excellent (2015 corolla bumper), i didn’t hesitate to chose to have my car serviced here after a recent theft and vandalism( 2018 camry). Now i honestly thought my camry deserved to go the scrap yard due to the amount of vandalism, however the techs, And body men literally repaired my car back to show room condition. I had an awful experience at another big name body shop, they were righting off my car as salvaged and I brought it to Fix Auto who went out of their way to repair it which was tricky as it was a BMW with an after market bumper package. I was in an accident where I was side swiped so when I was looking for a body shop I came to Fix Auto and one other place for an estimate. It ended up going through the insurance but I am SO glad I chose Fix Auto! They really went above and beyond to fix my car. Everyone who works there is just extremely friendly, explains the process and is up front about pricing. I’m sure many people know taking your car to the body shop is never fun, but they honestly made the experience enjoyable. They had my car back to me in just 24 hours and the work was honestly flawless. My car had a couple small unrelated scratches and they even fixed those small spots. My car was returned super clean, and honestly I felt like I was driving a brand new car. Cannot thank them enough for the quick turn around, and great work. If my car ever needs body work in the future, this will be where I’ll be taking it!

This place was the best experience

I had an unfortunate experience with my wife’s car - someone backed into her, refused to stay for the police, and later backed out of a deal she had made to pay a price 25% cheaper than HER mechanic had quoted. FIX AUTOMOTIVE not only fixed the original damage (they fixed it using a dent wizard - not perfect, but acceptable) PLUS they fixed a scratch that had been on the car previously - for $800 vs. the other guy’s $1200 bid. These guys are my new heroes. Sadly, the woman who hit us reneged on her deal to pay, claiming that, because I had chosen a way to use the money advantageously, she refused to pay more than $200. FIX handled their work beautifully, however, bringing the price down to $746. I would definitely use them again.
