Ive been taking my family cars to Juan at RSC Automotive for several years now. They have always been prompt to get me in, reasonably-priced, and quick in their care for my vehicles. Perhaps most important, though, is that they are HONEST. There have been instances where fixing the car just wasnt in my best financial interest, and they tell me so even though that means Im selling the car instead of paying them to repair it. I definitely have no hesitation to call Juan when anything goes wrong with one of my cars and I cant recommend this place more.

You can tell a lot by a shop by seeing how clean and presentable the mechanics are and their workspace. this garage is very clean and workspaces are also I give this garage a thumbs up

A friend recommended RSC automotive and I had my first experience with them today. Their service was outstanding. There was a strange intermittent burning smell in my car and I could not figure it out. They looked my car over the same day I brought it in. They assessed it and phoned me promptly. They ended up steam cleaning the engine to clear up some residue. I thought their prices were very reasonable. Not only did they give me a ride home when I dropped the car off, they also offered to return my car after the services as well. Very nice people. Its hard to find a good mechanic sometimes. I highly recommend this place!

Just had a pretty big service. There was no pressure to do anything I didn’t think necessary. They provided a courtesy shuttle back home. With my appointment, they were on time if not early. Throughout it all the staff was professional, kind, and clear up front. I’ll always go to RSC.

I have nothing but respect for Juan and the way he runs the place. He treats everyone with respect and you leave there feeling like family. They are passionate about serving your needs and they have never disappointed me. I also drive a foreign car and they replace the bad parts with genuine parts which is extremely important to me. I recommend every person I know to go here because I know they will be taken care of just as I have every time. Juan is a joy to do business with, I am always happy to see him and the many respectable team members I have come into contact with. I have nothing but the best words to share about RSC auto because they have treated me better than anyone else has in the industry that I’ve come into contact with. At a time when I was in between jobs and stressed about my car they were truly a blessing to discover and work with. They also have a relationship with Synchrony which is an absolute life saver if you are ever tight on money. The experience I had recently was exactly what I have come to expect from Juan Bonilla and his talented technicians at RSC. Tania in the front office is very friendly and helpful. Juan was upfront and explained exactly what needed to be done to my van. The service was completed in a timely manner, and my van was returned to me clean. RSC keeps you updated with emails for the service order, progress on the repairs, and even includes pictures. Great service, great business! I highly recommend them for automotive repair!

These guys are amazing, fast and HONEST. I usually take my car to the dealership and the 1 time I took it to another shop for work ended up causing more problems. My first encounter with RSC: I was referred to RSC by a tire place in town and Juan and his staff took care of my car and fixed the damage. My 2nd encounter required a quick diagnosis and fix of only what was absolutely necessary. No overselling and honest advice about what we could fix on our own. WHO DOES THAT?!!! I will never trust anyone else to touch my vehicles.

We were on vacation and Albert noticed a bolt was missing from a shock on his truck. They were very compassionate and friendly and got us in right away. They ordered an Uber for us so we could go and eat lunch. We were very satisfied with their service and pricing. I would recommend everyone to go there!!!

These guys are honest reliable and awesome! Ive been coming to RSC Automotive for many years and theyve always been amazing! Their prices are reasonable their service is great. Anytime Ive had an issue they have always contacted Toyota to make sure that the issue was not a recall or warranty item before performing service. Luis, Juan, and Sean have always been more than accommodating. Im pretty sure they provide service to every firefighter, cop, or first responder in South Orange County. By the looks of all the patches on the wall I would say that just about every Public Safety organization around trust these guys.

Our son needed work on his truck and had it towed to RSC. The truck needed lets say some major work to make it safe to drive on the road. I had my husband call the shop and he spoke with Shawn, our son that owns the truck is in the Marines and was out in the field traing. Shawn took such great care in helping our son get his truck back up and running and not draining his bank account like a lot of other shops will do. I would recommend this shop to anyone. AMAZING customer service. Weve never had a car place that we trusted and would return to anytime we need car work, but we have found our place! Found these guys online while price quoting for a new clutch, Shawn answered our call and asked us to bring it in the next morning so they could check it out before giving us a quote. They came in under what we were quoted by several other places & they got the work done same day and we picked it up first thing the next morning. They even called a couple days later to make sure everything was still running great & wish us a happy holidays. Fast forward a few weeks when we had yet another issue, gave Shawn another call and he told us to bring it on back. The guys checked it out and tuned up the issue free of charge. This is what customer service is supposed to be like. Would highly recommend for any car work you need done!!

Straight forward. Quick service. I would recommend. Maybe add a carwash to service repairs over a certain dollar amount? Or coupons? Currently I take my car to Valvoline because the drive thru is convenient, but if I had a coupon I would consider taking my car to you. Just an idea to go above and beyond and keep customers returning

My Prius completely broke down and I called here after calling four other places pretty distraught and bummed by how rudely the other mechanics had treated me. I spoke with Sean and right away I was stoked I had called. He was kind and happy to help as well as inform me that the diagnostic test would be free when every other mechanic said it would be $120 + !!! He totally had my car running a day later and even fixed my side mirror I had been driving around busted for three years because another mechanic quoted me for $100 and here I was quoted $20 which he ended up doing for free since I paid in cash. Such a cool and trust worthy dude! This guy genuinely has your back and this single mama truly appreciates it! I will never go anywhere else! Long live RSC!

I started noticing a burning smell coming from both my front tires after commuting to work one morning and luckily RSC is down the street from where I work. Shawn and his guys took a look at my truck for free and really gave me an honest and fair estimate of the damage. They were able to turn my truck around in two days (even offered to pay for a days car rental, luckily I had transportation so I declined). Not only did they take care of what was wrong but my truck has a little bit more of a growl when I start it up. Ive had my truck for 11 years and its been awhile since my truck has sounded/driven this good.. 10/10 would recommend.

Besides the excelent attention we received from all. The part I was most impressed was how clean it was. The other thing I liked was that I had gone to numerous auto repair shops and where giving me a quote way higher and finally went here and rcvd an awesome price. Really happy over all with everything I will definitely be taking all my vehicles there.

I have been taking my cars here for about two years and they are amazing! The most honest people you will find around for working on your car. I went to about 4 other places before going to him and they all were wrong about the problem with my Audi and Juan figured it out within a couple hours for a fraction of the cost they were going to charge. Needless to say he saved me a ton of money and has always been legit. Juan is the man! Highly recommended.

I took my car here when I was on vacation with my wife and daughter. I did not know these guys at all so naturally I was nervous. But Juan and Luis were kind, professional, and honest when telling me about my cars issues. For the record: I did not know these guys at all before my arrival and this is my first Google review...but I felt these guys deserve it. There arent too many honest and kind car mechanics out there....but these guys certainly stand out from the rest. My only wish is that they would move to LA so I could go to them with all my car issues. Dont look any further..take your car here.
