Shadetree has always taken good care of us and our cars. The work gets done right the first time, the prices are reasonable -- and if they cant fix something, they tell you so! Along with an assessment of whats wrong and who could fix it. Theyve been busy recently -- and theres a good reason.

I called Dan at 2:30PM on a Tuesday afternoon. Battery issues I thought on my CRV -2016. Dan said come on down, $185.00 in and out the door. What count me in. 15 minutes and I was on the road again. Have you ever taken your car in for repair and left with more problems than you started with then Shadetree is the place for you. Very disappointed in their service.

Brought my car there and it took five days for them to tell me they cant figure out whats wrong. I asked them to call back and keep me posted but they never called. If I hadnt called them my car would still be sitting there. Nice people but I am not happy with the customer service at all. Many cars needed servicing but they are not open on weekends.

I asked some friends for recommendations and this is where I was pointed to! I was very nervous taking my car to any shop because in the past I have had shops try to take advantage of me being a woman and over pricing everything. Shadetree was AMAZING!!! I took my car in and they checked the codes and promptly scheduled me an appointment to bring my car in. I dropped off my car and they had it done the same day which as a busy mom with kids to tote around was great because I needed my car the next day. I am very fond of my 2007 VW convertible and I would not trust another service group with it. I was also very impressed recently with the care they took to sanitize the car when they returned it to me.

Shadetree is just awesome. They have done repairs on a few of our vehicles over the years. I needed my daughters car fixed while I was out of town and they fit her in while, extremely busy, and got it fixed at a reasonable price, with great service. They also support local sports teams.

Honest, hard working, helpful, friendly auto shop. Every single person I talked to here from the owner, to the front desk, to the mechanic was ON POINT and extremely friendly and helpful. There is an obvious culture of fantastic service instilled here that starts from the top. Ive dealt with many shops in my day, and this is certainly one of the best (if not THE best) Ive used for work on my cars.

Dan the crew are the best! they let you know what you need to do and give you a fair price to do it. The techs are knowledgeable and the work has always been spot on. Just had my Mother in laws car in for a quick service and they were great as usual.

Brought my car in for a smog test with a limited time window and Dan and crew got me in, smog tested and checked out quickly. In the short time I was there, I was really impressed with everyone in the shop. You can tell they are real car enthusiasts and have a passion for this stuff. I think it makes all the difference in the world. I would definitely bring my car back here for any service, repair or smog.

I called a few days before and made an appointment for full transmission, deferential, and transfer case fluid change. Shade Tree was quick with an affordable estimate and kept me updated throughout the day with texts throughout my service. The repairs came in for less than my estimate and was ready the same day. Ive been a customer of Shadetree Automotive twice in the last 6 months. Once for a simple SMOG check and the other, today, for a transmission service on the same vehicle (2002 Ford Focus). The SMOG check was completed quickly (literally 20 minutes, results may vary) and the Transmission service came in under the amount quoted by about 40 dollars. Integrity is something I appreciate in any person or business, so I intend on using Shadetree Automotive again, whenever needed.

I am a mobile mechanic that had a customers family member show me a quote for a chevy blazer from this place long story short he had a spider injection problem he wanted fixed they wanted to change the oil filter air filter screw around with the gas tank take the thermostat out and replace it and a couple other UNNECESSARY repairs on top of overcharging for parts to the tune of $1760. Of course the customers family member was not born yesterday so he pulled his car out of there and took it on down to san diego where he was quoted at $350 for what he KNEW he wanted done (not a bunch of repairs parts and labor that while also being unnecessary were unwanted). Do yourself a favor folks and don t take your vehicle here go elsewhere and save time and money.

Went it there to have my car fix, they said you have to wait a day or 2 to diagnose the problem..i said ok, (theyre probably busy) I have no choice coz my car is not drivable..(but does it really take a long time to diagnose a car? U have a diagnostic tools that you plug in under the steering wheel and youll find out the problem right away) at least an initial diagnostic to get the code. and the worst part is, they will charge diagnostic fee for $98 (for AAA member) but will not waive it even if they will perform the repair.

Looked these guys up to have a potential purchase inspected. Rodd answered the phone after hours and was very accomidating with getting the 2012 chevy Silverado checked out. They were very professional and saved me a lot of money and heartache by finding issues I overlooked. Ultimately I didnt purchase the truck. Thanks guys for keeping me from buying a beater!
