Absolutely blown away by the work done by Ocean Breeze auto! After a another garage was unable to correctly diagnose the problem twice, I finally brought my vehicle into Ocean Breeze to have them look at it. Within the same working day, I received a call about what the check engine light was on for. After we talked, they proceeded to investigate some lifter tick I was also having issues with. After they tore the engine apart, Chris called me in to come see what they were doing and actually explained and showed me what they were doing rather than just telling me over the phone (see attached picture). He also assured me they wouldnt BS me with any extra labor fees if they could avoid it. After all that they were able to replace my AC condenser, oil and brake fluid for less than 2700! I wish every garage had this mindset and such great working employees!! 11/10 would recommend.

We used them because they were close to our hotel and we needed a brake job before we could drive home. The price was a bit high but they could do it that day so we said yes. We got home and took our Yukon to Les Schwab that we use all the time and we’re told we need to think about getting our brakes done in the near future because they were at 70 %. I’m like we JUST had them done 6 days ago!! They said it looked like they had not been done!! We paid over $600 to get them done!! To say I’m upset is an understatement considering we paid a bundle to get them done. I’m going to call them tomorrow but I doubt they’ll do anything. IF they do I will edit my post. If not… be aware. Go somewhere else.

Terrible service! I left my car for 4 days and they never found what I had, ah! But those 4 days they went to another city in my car !! That was the last thing, they changed several parts and obviously they charged me nothing else they were guessing, and when I asked themThey were offended and told me they would return my money and I never saw my $$$ 🙄 at last chilango !!!! 😒Is
