It should be called the Girard RV Day Spa! They were EXCELLENT from the start and we can’t single out one person. The entire experience was what you hope for but seldom get.They adjusted all of our awnings from slide toppers to window awnings to roof awnings and made sure all were perfect. They added lights to our roof awnings and we could not be more pleased. The follow up call after service is always a nice touch, which was made even better because of their genuine desire to make sure we were completely satisfied.Highly recommend, it’s with the drive!Kevin

They have good product and they keep things easy

Phone Customer Service should be renamed Customer Abuse. Called to troubleshoot on a tankless water heater, wait time minimal, the tech, was not pleasant from the beginning. He allowed me to fully explain my issue. From that point he started preaching & teaching. Informed me the volume amounts I was speaking of were “estimated”. I said no they are not, I checked it my self. Then he went on a rant of subjects that may have helped, but he basically said “it is what it is”. After multiple times of me talking and he jumping line to speak, I had enough! When he interrupted me, I raised my voice, ask if I could finish what I had to say..... He’s response “I don’t CARE and he hung up!Yes, left coast, probably under 25 years old, and I guess his day was not going good before I called, well, NITHER WAS MINE! Jerk-dummy!

Thank god I decided to drive to San Clemente to get our awnings upgraded and serviced. I talked to a 3 local dealers and all thought they could handle the repair, but they always came up with some excuse as to why they were not able to do the work. All the crew at Girard were so knowledgable and efficient, I am pretty sure I saved money by driving there instead of paying the local guys overtime to try to figure out the system and get all the awnings working properly and sitting level. When the guys knew we had to be back on the road the next day they even worked late to get the job done early so we bought them all pizza as a thank you. I cant safe enough, but I cant see me ever buying any other brand of awning on any coach ever again.

Went to San Clementa to get my girad awning working right again. These guys know what they are doing. Got my awning working again in no time. Awsome service and friendly. Will definitely be going back if needed.

Drove my Motorhome to their location to have my main awning fabric replaced. Andre did a truly professional job. He went the extra mile to make sure my aluminum awning frame was clean, lubed and tuned. The turn around time was very fast. I highly recommend Andre and the company.
