I bought a CNC lathe from Brad from 18,000 and said if it didnt work out to let him know because the company would buy it back. I contacted him back as we didnt end up using the machine much. He said he had a buyer and could get more than the 16,000 I was asking, but I would need to to get part of the money then ship the machine and would receive the rest after a month. I received $8750 and no more. I contacted the buyer who said he paid for the machine in full. Brad will not answer my calls now. I filed a Better Business Bureau report and he has not responded to it. Guess I will be filing a law suite.

I bought a machine from Dynamic Machine/ GT CNC / Brad Haugen on 7/28/2017 and paid a deposit of $13,875. I never received the machine or my money back. Currently in a court case along with 4 other companies that have filed in 2019 for in which Brad has done the same thing to. He has stopped all communication with me. Do not do business with Dynamic Machine Resources / GT CNC and or Brad Haugen.

I have purchased a cnc lathe from this company paying $ 11000 deposit for a $13000 dollars machine. After months of delays and lies I still did not receive the promised machine. After saying that I was going to make my experience public Brad (the owner and the only person I ever spoke with during this hole experience) finally accepted to refund me my money as the machine was still not ready for whatever reason (4+ months delay). Its been the same story with the refund. Promises from Brad for a date when the refund will happen but it never did. I would never reccomend to anyone to do business with them. I did not get neither the machine nor my money back without even considering the money I have lost by not having the machine in production and the endless time and stress that this hole experience caused me. Look somewhere else for cnc equipment. I will continue to do anything I can to get my money back but I felt the need to share this experience to avoid this mistake to anyone else.
