I was having such a stressful day getting ready for our family to EAS. My 10 month old was not having it and I found it so sweet how the young man at the counter interacted with him. He was showing him things such as measuring tapes, which I feel is very uncommon these days and shows what kind of employees they have. We were there on Thursday evening. Exceptional customer service.
I dropped off an item. A return to Verizon for an upgrade and change of carrier credit. Some how the phone that arrived at Verizon was not the phone packaged in the box. Lost 1600 dollars in credits. The owner of UPS never returned my calls. Verizon said I’m not the first customer it’s happened to at this location. Police say there’s no cameras in the back part of the store. My loss
I live in Tennessee. My daughter and her husband are Marines stationed in California. I had accidentally used their old address to send their Christmas packages to and was worried they were lost. I tracked the packages here to this location, called to find them, and was reassured they were there and waiting to be picked up. Max was so helpful and kind. He remembered that my daughter and her husband had received packages from this box and was saving them for them. I was so relieved. I recommend this location as extremely helpful.
I am not a fan of this location. I like to live by the Golden Rule that if you dont have anything nice to say then dont say anything at all but I have to say it here in hopes that whoever runs this locations reads it. Please have some decency and treat your customers better. First off, there is an older gentlemen that works here that makes me feel very uncomfortable every time I come in. I actually do everything I can to avoid this location but it is the only location that accepts Amazon barcode scans. He looks at me like a piece of meat and makes me feel so uncomfortable. It is horrible and very inappropriate. And I absolutely hate it! Please, have some respect for others and yourself. Secondly, I have dropped off packages here that never get scanned into the system. I have called and they basically tell me well, I am too lazy to look over my shoulder to see if your package is behind me so you are S.O.L. BUT I can give you the main line number so YOU can wait on hold for the next 300 years until you are disconnected. But once again, no I will not take the 3 seconds of my time to assist you with the very important packages you trusted me to handle. Even though that is my job. So long story short, I do not recommend this location but unfortunately it is the only spot that accepts Amazon scans. Anyone know of any other options for Amazon returns in San Clemente?

PleAse don’t go to this store...I don’t wanna talk about the boy at the desk and about the owner...I wanna just tell you that at the store ups close to Talega nr 4465 they will charge you 12 cents to print a file from a email (one dollar for the email)...in this one here these people are charging you one dollar for every single page...88 cents of difference...always under the famous name of Ups around the world...The answer of the owner was: different stores different rules...Omg...horrible customer satisfaction...Horrible service...Can I give zero stars ?!!!!!!!

Quick and easy. Was there for an Amazon return. I had my labels and products ready. He scanned them gave me my receipt and I was ready to go. The same night I received my refund. No complaints here from me.
This store could not process Apple device returns for multiple days in a row, so I had to go to another UPS.
This team is unhelpful and will tell you rules that are lies. If you ever drop off multiple Amazon packages, and they insist that they need to be in one box--that is a lie. Unfortunately for them, thats not in the Amazon instructions. You can just leave the packages at UPS and contact Amazon. Amazon issues refund.
Worst customer service. New older guy who has been there for three weeks apparently, said it was gonna be “hard” to fax three documents. His coworker then told him that it was time to learn how to fax something. I realized that I had given him the wrong fax number accidentally and once I told him he gave me a death stare like it was some huge inconvenience to do his job. I left and took my business to FedEx. Some people... won’t be giving this UPS any of my business in the future.

Made the 30 minute drive to this location because their posted hours say they are open until 7. Arrived at 6:45 and they were already locked up. The guy was sitting inside working on the computer. I knocked on the window, he looked up at me holding a large oackage, then right back at his computer. Wouldnt acknowledge me or even come over and offer an explanation why they were closed early. The sign in the window confirmed they were supposed to be open until 7pm. Incredibly unprofessional. Looking at the other reviews it appears this man has some serious issues.
Literally was told that shipping a medium, lightweight package from CA to VT via ground would be well over $30, and was told to just go to the post office.......on a saturday.....when theyre closed. I asked the desk clerk if he could just check the shipping cost anyway, didnt really seem interested in doing his job, so I went home. Ended up buying a ground label online, total ended up being around $12, and brought it back into the same store.If youre going to be a know it all at work and refuse to help out customers because you know better, why you dont actually know what youre talking about instead of making me run extra errands because you dont want to do the job youre paid for?
Have been here several times. The employees that work there seem to hate there jobs and customers. No hello or thanks or anything no expression at all. Especially the old Asian guy. I go the extra couple miles up the street to that UPS store. Way better. They don’t want your business don’t go to this store.

Ive never given a business a 1 star review. This is a first.The owner was rude. You get the feeling they have plenty of business and could care less about losing a customer.
I am using this as my mailbox for a 3 month period I am living in the area. They are a bit understaffed at times leaving too much to handle but they really do try to manage it all. Coming in daily Ive gotten to know the staff and theyve been incredibly helpful to me. Keep in mind they cant do everything, like send via usps flat rate and they cant turn back clocks to make cutoff times for overnight, but they do try their best to give customers the best rate. Sometimes its not them and they will be honest and tell you. I definitely recommend this store. (Note I edited this review after posting a grouchy one because the hours on here were wrong and wasted a trip for me. Guess what? Users can fix things like that. So I fixed the hours. Problem solved.
Poor customer service and way overpriced.If I could give it minus 5 stars I would. Dont bother trying to mail anything through USPS with them I have gone in there several times and they are either overpriced or cant help me.Must be making money some other way since they act like they dont need your business.
Would never recommend them, have ordered things from different countries that have gotten here much quicker and more reliable... why not let them go out of business?
I was skeptical from the posted reviews; everyone complained of an unhelpful, rude nature; however, my experience was the exact opposite. I witnessed how customers disrespected him, and how he stayed calm and collected, clear and concise. The issue is not the employees; its the customers who feel over-entitled. Excellent service.

The clerk man, its an old dude with a real bad attitude UPS Stores who have better employees than this guy..I talked to him on a real nice manners but he was just rude for no reason. If he had a bad day he should stay home!
Dont use this store! My insured package was set aside without shipping label for two days, leaving me no way to track it. I had to email UPS to get a tracking # only to find out a week later that the old guy in store sent it to the wrong address. I then had to call UPS corporate and give them the correct address. Now my package should be there in another couple days. This is a completely unprofessional independent UPS store.

Each and every time you drop stuff off with pre paid labels from UPS or FedEx and ask for a receipt, you get an attitude or they have you wait when theres multiple employees. Never coming back here again. Go to Coastal Postal.
This store is right across the street from my house, and I drive 2 miles elsewhere just to avoid the customer service in this place. They really are not into the customer at all.The post office does a better job.

Several times charged me for a more expensive service like 2 day and shipped ground. Or charged me $14.50 for a USPS flat rate envelope that cost them $6.45. Their prices seem arbitrary and guessed as long as they are over charging you.
I had several post office envelopes and packages with prepaid postage. The owner would not let me drop off the packages since I did not have a p.o. box with him. I will NEVER give this location ANY business. Horrible customer service. I recommend the UPS Store off of Pico

I have used this service, and also the UPS service at Staples on 93 Via Pico Plaza. I much prefer the customer service at the Staples, as long as they have everything you need there.
The owner has very bad attitude, tried to print my air plane ticket but he wasnt likely to do it because it was less than one dollar. He said like his business is not supposed to deal with cheap stuff like this. Dont go to this store
