Found some great art in 2 of 3 trips there. Some great and interesting finds gets me thinking of new ideas. Will go back.

Its hit or miss- but I love browsing here! The are days when I find 4-5 things in interested in, and others where is see nothing of interest. Great policy of 24 hour trial period!!

This is a great place to find special home goods. Most of it is great quality and its easy to navigate through and find pricing. Staff are helpful.

Inventory changes often especially trendy items.

Good place to find uniquely looking items and reasonably priced

Beware when doing business with this company. Their dealings are shady and they do not put the customers needs high on the list. There is zero communication with the consignor at the end of the contract. they hope the consignor forgets so they can take possession of the property. I have been consigning for 25 years and never had a company not contact me at the end of a contract. It’s just common courtesy, especially with the COVID-19 and election chaos that was going on at the end of my contract. A gentle reminder would’ve been appreciated. But because they are opportunistic they did not extend that courtesy. My first contract was for 90 days, signed on June 25, 2020. When my large item did not sell, they extended my contract by 30 days, To expire on October 25, 2020. Their contract says the customer has 30 days to pick up the item at the expiration of the contract but then they sold it before the 30 days was up. This tells me that they were using the original contract/expiration date after the 90 days, not the extended 30 day contract expiration date which would have fallen on November 25, 2020. I was told they sold the item the second week of November. Clearly violating their own contract conditions. I do have culpability in missing the expiration deadline but what right did they have to sell it before the 30 days was up? Again people, beware. Places like this will not stay in business.

It was okay, no one asked if they could help me. Wasnt that busy, felt it was unprofessional. But they do have a lot of items to choose from which was a good thing.

Unfortunately didnt have what I was looking for this time. Next time!

I feel the items are pricey and we could possibly get the same item as new from different store.

A fun place to find a new tresher.

This store started off well with a lot of inventory of a good variety of furniture and home decor until recently. Dont know if there is new management but over the last several months when I have stopped in to check out the furniture it seems that there is not as much furniture and decor - a lot less to in the store. It used to be packed and furniture was selling well. Something changed.

I bought a lovely leather couch & ottoman & a beautiful chest of drawers! This place is actually FUN to shop, get ideas etc. all the ladies working there are knowledgeable, helpful & can do attitude!I wish they stayed open an hour later tho.I would NOT RECOMMEND USING THE DELIVERY SERVICE! They were horrible in every way! You MUST WAIT for days! I waited 5 days. They were hours late & no way to ask how much longer? They could NOT park well & had to walk too far with furniture & charge by 15 minute increments? Who does that?? I was quoted a price & ONLY at the end did the delivery guy FORCE me to pay $45.00 OVER the quoted price- FOR ONE COUCH & Dresser!!! I carried the ottoman off the truck to hurry them along! My suggestion is to google or, use thumbtack app to get ANY- other delivery service if you dont have a friends with trucks. Otherwise- i like Home Consignment Store!

Tracy at Home Consignment Center is amazing!!! I called the store and she answered. She was very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. I let her know what I was looking for. Immediately after we hung up, she started texting me photos of pieces she thought might be perfect for my home. Her follow up was amazing, and she got my crazy ideas of what I was searching for. There were two pieces that I fell in love with from the photos. We went in the following day and met with her. We bought the pieces and a few other accent items I just had to have. The collection of furniture and accessories that they have is amazing. The pieces are in great condition, and the prices are very fair. I highly recommend this store and especially Tracy! Thank you Tracy, I cant wait to redo my next room

One of the best in the area.

This place is such a gem and conveniently located minutes away from the 15 in the 4s ranch area. I enjoy finding one a kind pieces and this place is full of them! Everytime I stop by, Im greeted with the friendliest people working there. Tracy and each person there not only take in interest in getting to know you, but they have a genuine interest in the items that they sell. Each one has a story behind it. It feels like your leaving your grandparents home with a heirloom to take home (and so the story of that item continues.) I also appreciate the fact that they allow me to bring my little Boston Terrier along. They even give her treats! Each experience has been wonderful and you leave feeling like you just scored the deal of the day!

I have come to Home consignment so many times and bought many beautiful pieces of furniture only to be treated rudely when I came back for another table. I bought a table from here and got it for $199 while at Macy’s you can get it for $600 on sale. Good deal right? Well that was about 2 months ago. Today the same table is priced at $249 and I called and asked them if they could lower the price to the same as the same exact table I bought before and they said, well let me do some research and find out. 2 hours later they call me and say they can drop it down to $149. Ok great so I ask them to put it on hold for me until later today. I come in around 2:30 pm and the lady representative begins talking to me in a tone so rude and telling me I’m a liar. I explain everything to her as nice as possible and she does not take it well. “Who did you talk to? Because they are obviously lying! NO this is the price if you want that table THIS is the price!I have bought many items here in the past, and they all know me. The rep was obviously having a bad day but I gave her time to cool down and she just couldn’t. I like the store, but I truly can no longer refer my friends there.

I love this place! I went there looking for a couch and maybe dining room chairs. Havent found the couch yet, but I found 4 dining room chairs that Im crazy about, a decorative piece and two coffee table books, all at phenomenal prices! Im going back to look for the couch and who knows what else. This place is a find!!!

Their customer service is terrible,if any issue arises, they will not work with you.We had a 24 hour what they call test run where you can take the Merchandise home and return it within 24 hours with no problemI had 4 items,I returned two in the morning and paid for other twoMy wife in the afternoon tried to return one more item still within the 24 Hour period and they saybecause you came once and paid for that, we Can not refund you which is very bad customer service and very cold and Unreasonable.It seems the wordrefund does not exist for this store,which can be done With a push of a few keys within the agreed 24 hours period...Watch out, you are in a swap meet...not in a 21 century store where Courtesy and customer satisfaction is important....

This store has lovely items but rude workers. Google indicated store was open until 7pm so I entered at 5:48pm to be immediately told they closed at 6pm. I said I’d be sure to be out by then. As I’m walking around store another worker approached me saying, “We’re closing.” I said, “Yes, at 6, right?” She said, “Yes, that’s in two minutes so make your way out that way” and she pointed around to the door. I looked at my phone and it was only 5:54pm. So they basically chased me out of the store. I understand closing hours but that was rude and unnecessary. I’ve never seen a store so set on enforcing their closing time that they do it early and with disregard to the customers.

Plenty of stuff to buy however they will only sell what they like.
