Typical one star service. They came and repaired our fridge because our icemaker was not working, they had to come out three additional times because it still did not work. After the third time I asked him to come out again because it did not work they told me I would have to pay another $60 to diagnose it. If I could give them zero stars I would. I asked if they warrantee their work and they just kept saying I’ll have to pay another fee. This is why people don’t trust companies like this.
Jay and I had a very good experience with this company. Manager Irene was very helpful in communicating and schedule the technician ASAP. Technician Russell is very professional . He came twice and fixed both Refrigerator and Dryer. We would love to work with them again.
AHS sent them to fix a leak in the washer, the tech came in 3 hours late, The tech looked at the washer said it was fine. It was not, washer is still leaking, wont send the tech back out until parts for a different appliance are in. I asked to speak to the supervisor, they said a dispatcher will contact you in 48 hours do not use this company. Save your time and your money.
Their technician used a multimeter wrong and popped our breaker and fried additional parts in the fridge. Instead of just saying he made a mistake, he tried to head outside to take a 5 minute break and was actually heading to the breaker box to find I had already reset the breaker. He told us it would take 5 business days for parts to be delivered.It is 5 days later, and I havent heard from anybody at the company and I called to ask the status, and come to find my home warranty approved the parts 4 days ago, but it is still waiting approval on their internal system. When I told them the lack of communication is unacceptable and I need them to escalate it, I was told that they had no means of escalating. So now Im without a fridge for an indefinite amount of time and have no idea when they may procure parts and complete the service.Check with your home warranty before using them, and request another service provider.
DO NOT USE THEM!!! You will regret it if you do. Most horrible experience! They deserve 0 stars. AHS sent them, did nothing to repair stove leaking gas, made us waste so much time, and after their 2 visits i ended up buying a brand new stove without a need. They use very young unprofessional techs, they are a scam company; I am extremely upset and disappointed with this company, what a shame, and what a shame that AHS uses them!!! They have no regard for peoples needs and feelings, they deserve to go out of business!! If you read the reviews on yelp, mine is almost exactly as the other ones!! its a joke or a game, they say they will order the part and they do not and waste your time!!!!!
DO NOT conduct business with Axis Appliance Repair (AAR). Their technicians are young in age, immature and incompetent. Their technician visited our home on February 09, 2021 to repair our washing machine and not only did he fail to repair the machine, he reported the job as complete. Additionally, the technician did not have any tools in hand to aid him with the job and at no time did he leave our home to retrieve tools from his vehicle. The entire encounter (from the moment he arrived to the time he departed) was approximately 19 minutes. We video recorded the whole thing from start to finish. Finally, at the end of his service, the young idiot technician tried to charge me a $60 deductible for a job that is covered under warranty. Unprepared and incompetent technicians work for AAR. Conduct business with AAR at your own risk.
Lets see. My home warranty company contracted with Axis appliance. They are absolutely incompetent, it took them about 8 visits to fix 2 simple thing. Replacing a soap dispenser in a dishwasher and replacing an oven conrtol panel. They are completely rude people. If you ask for the supervisor irene they will laugh at you. If they dont like you or are having a bad day they will word the your insurance claim to your home warranty company in a way that you will not be able to have that item covered. It happened with me. One day they came to my house to replace in oven control panel woth the wrong model and the technician was rude, then and left without finishing the work. Then for whatever reason all the sudden my home warranty was not go to cover the panel. Obviously it had something to do with the way they rewrote the claim. They never follow up. I have to be on them like crazy to get any answers or to get any work done. And if you question them they will leave your without finishing their work. I will likely end up in court with these people because of what happened at my house, but suffice to say.... do yourself a favor call your home warranty and tell them you would like another contractor as a result of their very poor reviews. Sleaziest repair company EVER!

My refrigerator did not work for 2 months, our insurance had set 3 companies they could not fix and I was very frustrated and dissatisfied. eventually, insurance sent Axis Appliance company all got fixed very well company
