Gorgeous showroom with all the latest fixtures. But we were there to get a hard to get part to fix an ADA Compliant toilet!! It was really great they had one because they no longer make that model any longer!!

They have everything you need all the faucets & showers heads are amaizing👏

My husband and I are doing a bathroom remodel and we were referred to Sharon G. At the San Diego location and wow! So much selection in the showroom to choose from but the best part was Sharon sitting down with us and listening to ourideas and scope of work and she was able to focus on our theme for our design and tastes and help us choose fixtures, hardware and plumbing and other accessories free of stress. We will recommend Ferguson to others for sure!

Ferguson has lots of plumbing parts that you wont find at other stores. Keep them in mind whenever you need anything out of the ordinary.

Difficult right now. needed appointment to get into show room. Rep directed me to needed parts but they didnt fit even after we discussed existing fittings!! They are impossible to call directly!! Ugh.

Show room manager is rude and disrespectful to customers! Some thing I did not Respect out to Fergusons.Hopefully somebody can address this before something really goes bad.

The first visit, purchase seemed positive. A month later, we have no faucet and the refund will be processed in 3-5 days. Now they are refusing to refund 10 percent of purchase for delivery, tax, we never got the faucet!

I like Ferguson Plumbing! Working on a Home Improvement project and visited there Market Street location as well as this location. I have found them to have a good selection of Plumbing in stock and the ability to special-order just about any other part or fixture anyone would need. Also the prices and return policies seem very fair here, they dont seem to gouge or take advantage of their customers, in my opinion.Also this location features a very nice showroom that features hundreds of Plumbing fixtures and appliances that would make anyone excited!

This place is awesome. There is a huge selection and the staff are trained and fully knowledgeable about the products they sell. There is plenty of parking and its easy to find from the street. They also have Saturday hours, but you will need an appointment if you want someone to talk to about your project or parts you might need.

Ferguson tells customers were are not plumbers. These guys could not cross reference an old obsolete part to the new OEM replacement part. No product knowledge. Pathetic. I will never shop there again.

Not great customer service. Also, how does a worker there tell you that returning something cant be installed and that you have ABOUT 30 days? If the item is installed, how can I bring it back? What does about 30 days mean? Ugh!
