They returned the truck brand new, on time, at a fair price, and handled the process start to finish with total transparency and professionalism. I can’t say enough good things about AF Collision, but what stood out the most was the level of customer service. Everywhere else I’ve been they just treat people like another number in the queue, but here I was treated as a valued customer and had an open line of communication with the staff. Excellent experience, and I highly recommend these guys.

After getting delayed and incomplete estimates from other local shops I came into contact with Omar at my work (True Grit Barbershop) and explained my situation. He went above and beyond to make sure I totally understood the true amount of work it would take to satisfy what I needed done. After getting to work on my 2014 Jeep he was able to be contacted and let me know how things were going at anytime. When extra work was needed he made sure to keep to his word to his best ability of staying near the number he estimated. He did work he wasn’t obligated to do, to make sure it was a job well done! These men are very professional, talented and fairly priced. I had them do body work on my 2016 Maserati with outstanding results. The dealership said that AF Collisions paint work was better than the original, factory paint. I agree. Whats more, they were thousands less than the body shop the dealership recommended. I just picked up my new 2019 Maserati and had them Ceramic coat it for me. Again, great results and at a very fair price. I highly recommend this shop.

Omar, the owner, had such great customer service. He didnt just give me a price and my car back, he explained everything in detail so that I had a peace of mind in everything he did. There wasnt a question I had that didnt go unanswered. I would 1000% recommend this body shop to anyone looking for quality work. They take passion in their work and they dont cut any corners whatsoever.

I highly recommend this place! Excellent customer service! The guy who helped me stayed late to check out my car and even did the repair that day. He was very knowledgeable, honest and hardworking. I am glad I found a place I can trust.
