My car was slammed into while i was out of town and it was parked on the street! Howard came straight out to me and checked out the car and took it to get fixed! he helped me out a lot and didn’t charge me for some things that he ended up fixing that were there before the original crash. he fixed EVERYTHING on my car. he was amazing with the prices. didn’t overcharge me, actually undercharged me for some things. he made the entire process a breeze for me. he kept me updated about what was going on the entire and sent me pictures of the car and parts every step of the way! he was extremely nice and helpful. when my car was ready i didn’t have someone to take me to get it and he came to me and i just drove us to the shop to pick it up! i will ONLY be going to him from now on when i need my car fixed. best place to go!!

Howard provided excellent service. He was honest in his assessment of my car and the repairs needed. He called the auto parts dealer he was buying from and allowed me to listen to their quote for parts, so I knew he was not marking anything up. He charged me a very fair price for labor and was a great communicator throughout the process. When I came to pick up my car, he ended up giving me a REFUND since it used less parts than he expected. An actual REFUND. Have you ever found a more honest business owner?? I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Outstanding service.

I needed a lot of work done on my car such as a new hood, paint job and my frame was bent due to a car crash. The owner and the employees were very helpful that gave excellent customer service and all the services were done in a timely manner. I left so happy and my vehicle looks absolutely amazing! I came here in August 2020 and was in a car accident. With that being said I brought the car here and they said this car was totaled and not worth the repair. When I stated this was through insurance claim, then they stated he would have everything done and looking NEW. He told me 10 days and it was longer than that. When I recieved my car the hood was not closing right. I would drive 5-8 mph and the hood shook so much that I was afraid to drive on it. The floor mat were all covered in paint. Their were still dents on my car. The paint was looking all crazy wrong. So I called the owner up and he told me to come the next day and he could fix it. I had to literally tell him my support beam is bent, my insurance cliam paid for a new one and he did not install it at the beginning of it. There were still dents on the bumper, which he only fixed because I told him. The seat belts were stuck and he supposedly fixed it and put in a new one, but it still gets stuck, so I believe I paid extra and wasn’t fixed. The paint was applied to areas that wasn’t affected but now I have two different shades of gray. I would have taken back the car, but I moved states. I was told he did his best. Why give a person a confirmation that it will look like new, if your just going to tell them I did my best. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else.

Came to this shop after having damage on my bumper just to get an estimate. After getting a real cheap estimate the owner Howard offered me a ride home and I left my vehicle there on the spot I have to say the work they did on my Honda Element was phenomenal they repaired a cracked bumper and made the car look like new I couldn’t believe it and they were also the cheapest price around San Diego great job guys!!! I would recommend this shop to anyone!!! I was in a bind, needed a bumper painted late Saturday afternoon and needed to pick up the following day (on a Sunday when closed)! The owner came in on his day off to meet us with no extra cost and went above and beyond!! Customer service at its finest. AND the quote they gave us was almost half of what another shop said they would do under the exact same circumstance. Not to mention the work was exceptional!!! 5 *s all the way.

Howard helped me out late on a Saturday night after I had a small fender bender that bent a piece of metal obstructing my tire from driving safely. He was fast, fairly priced and very honest about what he could or couldnt do for me. This is not a fancy auto body shop but a down to earth, affordable solution and Howard will hustle to get your work done.

I went here a couple days ago to get my bumper fixed because some idiot backed into my vehicle and damaged my rear bumper and tail light. So I went shopping around to find find a good shop that had a decent price and that could help me fix my Mazda 6 2016. After burning about 20$ of gas driving around town, I found this spot and I must say they did a great job. The staff here is great and Howard is a cool guy. He knows his stuff when it comes to fixing cosmetic damage on a vehicle. This shop has affordable prices as well that are better than most places in San Diego. Other places I went to who I wont mention because I forgot there names where charging me over one grand to get a bumper fixed but over at this spot you will get a good deal and your vehicle will look good as new! Im glad I found this place and MY Mazda 6 2016 looked like it never got scratch. I would recommend to a friend and others and will use them in the future if My vehicle ever got damaged.

This place is awesome and has repaired my vehicle twice due to my vehicle being involved in two different accidents. The owner, Howard extends the best customer service! He was very empathetic to my situation when I drove my new vehicle to his shop TWICE lol, with a hanging front bumper and a ruined quarter panel! They were very attentive and addressed any questions or concerns I had. I knew my car was in great hands! They kept me updated on the repair status, and handled anything that I did not, with the insurance company. I will always recommend this shop! Dont waste any time and money here, theyre just looking to take advantage of you. They overcharged everything, including the $900 of paint in a small corner where the damage was, took 2 weeks to to fix my bumper and frame, and they forgot to order and reinstall my grill and tried to convince me it was there even though it clearly wasnt. Also, the owner happily told me they cleaned inside my car, but I found that some of my items in my center console were stolen.

Highly recommend San Diego Bumper & Collision Center. I shopped around before coming here and was priced $500 cheaper. Plus the other places needed to keep my car for 4 days to fix my bumper and Bumper & Collision did it all in one day. Save me time and money on getting a rental. Couldnt have asked for better service and work. Thanks big time.

Mr. Howard Khonn (Owner) went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy with the service his shop performed on my vehicle. Not only are his prices reasonable but,felt like I had went back in time when Mr. Khonn called me a week later to inquire if everything was to my satisfaction. I informed him he had a customer for life. I let him know that I would send all my lead foot friends his way, with there collision repairs. On the day I was there he broke out his little grill and barbequed for his employees (lets just say I was in the car repair business for about 30 minutes). Thank you Howard and Crew keep up the good work!!!!

A job that was to take 2 days ended up taking 8 days two trips back and still not right. They try but ....

They will treat you like family and offer you the best advise when it comes to your vehicle. Im very glad i brought my car here and no where else. Needs improvement on certain things but i see them improving alot everytime i get my car fixed here.

My car was ruined by the very poor skills of the technicians of this body shop. If you have a new car and you dont want to waste your money and time, then dont bring your car to this body shop, you will fill very sorry for yourself.

The Receptionist was extremely rude and overall they have no customer service. Find a different shop.
