Ryan and the team at Bumper 2 Bumper really helped a young teacher out after I had a minor fender bender. They worked with me and gave me a reasonable estimate since I was paying out of pocket. Car looks good as new! Thanks guys! Highly recommend.

I absolutely recommend Bumper 2 bumper. Bottom line is they work to get the job done right and done with quality parts. They know how to source parts locally, unlike the big conglomerates that treat you like a number. These guys really care about doing the job done well. They are professional, honest and have to deal with insurance companies and coverage which for some of us might be a total pain in the you-know-what. They just know how to work with the customer and really set me at ease knowing they had my back, not to mention their pricing is really reasonable & estimates are quick too. Even the support staff is really kind. Cant say enough good stuff about this team! They have a quality team and it really shines through.

I’m the type of person who reads reviews before i go somewhere so if you are too this is a sign to trust them and they will take a great care of you. Just moved to san diego about a month ago and somebody hit my car, i was very stressed because i didn’t have a job or insurance to fix my car. Memo Olguin gave such a good price and helped me out A LOT i am so thankful for him and everyone who helped and fixed my car without him i really don’t know what i would’ve done. he has done such a great job. he also took my car to the car washed and cleaned it for me! i am so speechless. god bless all of them👏🏼

These guys are awesome. I shopped around a bit and these guys were priced well within the competition. They told me that they would need my car for roughly 24 hours. 12 hours later thay called me to let me know that the car was ready. Will use again if I have another ding.

Memo was very fair on price,Ryan and Mark very professional.

I had a little rust near my windshield and they did great work for the price. And they got the work done faster that expected.Took 1 star off for a little primer overspray near the work they did, nothing to difficult to fix (or ignore, my car is getting on in years). But other than that, the color match is really good and Im happy with the quality of the work.

I just picked up my car yesterday and it is perfect! I shopped around several shops and decide to try b2b because their estimator sounded knowledgeable and the price was good. They were one of the lowest quotes, but for the price were including a lot more work than the other shops I spoke with. Considering that my car is an 04 and the paint is a very unique color, I actually expected (especially for the price) that the color might be a little off. I was wrong, the work was amazing, and they even went above and beyond to sand and clear my headlights and add a coat of wax to the car. Very impressed and I would recommend them to my friends and family without a doubt.

Have been to see Memo and Ryan 9 times in 8 years over 4 family cars... Example -- I just took my 2008 Accord bumper to a competitor, estimate was $1,100. Then to another place, estimate $900. Memo and team did a PERFECT job for $450.00... And I have the photos.. These guys are amazing!!! No question the best value in paint and body in San Diego.

I got my car painted there a year ago and the paints already pealing. They treated me awesome until they got my insurance check than they just act like a bunch of gangster running a chop shop. They put a huge dent in my hood and refused to fix it until I threatened to call the cops. This place is a no budget joke. They didnt even use clear coat on my paint job. Amateurs

I wanted to get an estimate on a Saturday morning. I arrived 10 minutes before the shop opens. There was a guy already in the garage, but he tried to turn me away, saying the shop is not open yet, in a very rude tone. I waited for 10 minutes until he opened the office door. He again turned me away saying no one is here to do estimate, again in a very rude tone.

Said they would fix our car. We let them have the car for a week and then when we called in to check to see if it was done being fixed, they VERY rudely said they didnt and we need to pay up more money. NOT RECOMMENDED.
