Brought my car in after a pretty bad bumper accident. Service was done in an extremely timely fashion with no real issues.Matthew was friendly and I was happy we were able to have a natural dialogue of what needed fixing without having any additional repairs or services forced into me. I for example didnt want any additional painting after the flat Bondo coat and we were able to reach an agreement on that without much difficulty.

Once we decide to take our business elsewhere the guy got very angry and started being rude his whole attitude changed . And then after waiting for the tow truck tried to come back and be nice to convince us to let him work on our car. The guy was bipolar be careful of the owner his attitude changes quick if he doesnt get what he wants even went as far as trying to keep the keys the cars from me. Lucky I didnt report him to the bar.

Excellent trustworthy service. I know a lot about cars, but I am physically unable to do the work myself. Everything Cookie has ever told me about my cars was true, he always does an excellent job, and his prices are the lowest in San Diego. I recommend International for all of your repairs, not just body, engine as well.
