SE autobody shop is great place to get your car repaired.I brought my lexus in and had great body work done on it. Their work quality and professionalism is outstanding.

By my 30 years of family experience in the automotive industry, SE collision inflates their insurance related estimates. They do this so significantly, that even the best insurance companies (ie: USAA) will refuse to pay on the claim! So what this means is, YOU, could be stuck with a huge bill! My SE Collision estimate was for ~ $11,000 … USAA agreed to pay just $500!Imagine if I had just let SE do the work! I would have been stuck with a $10,500 bill in order to get my truck back!Be very careful having insurance claim work, done at SE Collision… if you are using insurance, there is a good chance, their estimate will trigger a denial of your claim.

I used SE Collision after my parked car was hit and SE Collision did a wonderful job fixing the damages. They were friendly, professional, and timely. When my car was ready, it looked new! I highly recommend SE Collision.

I got into my first car accident a month ago and my insurance sent me to SE Collision Center. My experience here was great. The communication and customer service is exceptional. They keep you updated with automated texts, are quick to return calls, and conveniently sent up rental services. Taylor did a good job of explaining the process and answering questions/concerns I had. He and his team worked hard to fix my car, and the repairs were completed sooner than expected. About a week after I picked up my car, I noticed a bubble on my new tire. I contacted SE Collision, and Taylor helped me work with my insurance to get it replaced. Every time I went into the office or called SE Collision Center, Stephanie was always friendly and professional. I am grateful for everyone at SE Collision Center for making this process as easy as possible. I wouldnt hesitate to bring my car here again!

They were all so nice and did a great job fixing my car that got hit badly by a drunk driver while visiting San Diego. They went above and beyond the call of duty and even installed a nee turn signal light for me on the house. Highly recommended. Easy location with lots of parking outside but that’s everywhere in San Diego compared to where I live hehe 😉

Great service. They stand by their work. The only issue I had is that their txt message service stated that my car would be ready for pick up on a Friday when it was ready on a Thursday. This is a good problem to have. I highly recommend this garage.

Joel took my call when I wanted to have my fiances car looked at because she got rear ended. After explaining the situation Joel didnt seem to think anything was wrong but told me to come by and he would take a look at it. I did and Joel inspected it and showed me that I had nothing to worry about. I called so many places who wanted me to setup an appointment and were going to charge me $150+. The fact that Joel took 5 minutes of his time to reassure me tells me a lot about his and this companies character. I didnt need any work done but now I know when I do Im coming here. Thanks Joel!

Don’t take your car here if insurance is paying! The will ‘fix’ rather than ‘replace’. I am leasing a vehicle and need everything to be perfect, these guys will not work with me. They rather make the insurance company happy than make the customer happy. How are you going to add material to a bumper when it was broken off? Very disappointed I wasted my time. SE Collision Center gave my car the care it needed after a minor accident. Cole Sutherland walked me through the details of the repairs that my car needed so that I understood the what & the whys. Repairs were done in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly. Their location is convenient. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience!

The first time I went to SE, I was recommended by my insurance company. Since then (about 10 years ago), I have been there 3 times for collision repair. The staff is friendly and they keep you informed throughout the whole process. Its hard to find a repair shop you trust and thankfully I found SE. Its family owned and you can tell they care about their customers.

Had head light damage. It looks so new, lights are perfect. I can see and they even clean the inside of my car for me. Not just the outside. Staff friendly and quick service!
