I entered all info about the vehicle in the website appraisal system & received a offer. When I spoke to Kris on the phone, he asked all of the same questions then dropped the offer by $163. He said the price was lowered due to the engine issues & mileage, yet these issues were revealed in the initial contact & appraisal. This was a fully loaded & well taken care of vehicle with new tires. When the vehicle was picked up, the tow operator stated that the vehicle was going to be crushed! If thats the case, the low balling was not necessary. Its a shame that they crushed a great sturdy vehicle that only needed engine work.The entire process was quick (two days). I was given a morning pickup slot but when I called for a time range, I was told the pickup would be from 8-5. I explained that I requested a morning pickup time because I had to go to work. They did arrive before noon.

I helped my dad sell his used vehicle and I’m very happy with the results. I was able to get a great bid for a car with a bum engine and get the matter settled quickly. I highly recommend!

The process was easy. Good input from phone contact, Freddy was great to work with. They picked up my car the next day. Joel did a fantastic job. Copay is to be commended but I had to wait for a pickup call for 5hrs., my only complaint-everything else went smoothly and Im waiting for my final Bill of Sale.

I didnt hate this place i just didnt get the info and service that they advertise.

Gentleman answered the phone and told me that they could take my salvage car (fire damage) for cash if I would agree to talk to a sales rep. So I agreed and he transferred me. I waited 15 mins for someone to pick up and when I mentioned “fire damage” to the sales associates he interrupted me and told me “nope. Not fire damage” and immediately hung up on me. Anyone else experience similar service?
