This place was recommended by a friends husband who works in the area. I had already called a few shops around and their prices were outrageous. I called here and was so surprised by the customer service I received. The phone rang 1 time and was answered right away. I asked for a quick quote and time frame of install. They were 60% cheaper than my first quote at another place and 40% cheaper than my second quote at another place. I asked if they were opened on Saturday which to my surprise they were. I was told to get there early as Saturday is their busy day. I went in today and got there at 8:20. The shop opens at 8:30 and there was someone already there and explained to me that they could take my car in. The techs got there at 8:40 and started working on the car right away. They were quick and respectful of my car. It took them about 45 minutes to finish and the windshield was so clean. I will definitely be back here in case I need another windshield.

Same day installation. Had the side door window available new & used.However, three black glue goop marks were left in the interior. In the plastic door panel and fabric. I dont think it will be able to be removed.None the less, job was quick; lasted about an hour.

Its a great place for auto glass repair or replacement. A rock hit my windshield yesterday and I called around 2 several glass companies. I received quotes that ranged from $265 to $540. I went to heritage Auto Glass and they replace my window for $120. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. they can answer any questions you have and its a very professional environment. I will be going there for all my windshield needs from now on. I suggest you do the same.

I have had two windshield replaced at heritage glass. The price is awesome, and they got me in and out of there very quickly both times. Also take into consideration that they have a one-year warranty on all labor, so if you ever have any installation quirks, you can talk with them about it and they will make it right.

I had a good experience replacing my windshield. At 100 dlls for an used one, it was a fair purchase.I would give it 5 stars, but there was a small scratch after installation.Service was quick, and experienced. Would recommend to anyone. If you have to go to the bathroom, please go somewhere before you go since there toilet it is a portable.

I replaced two windshields on two different cars and they told me I had 30 day warranty. They lied! I told the guy 1 of my car is leaking air from the windshield and the 2nd car the windshield cracked within a week. The rep was very unprofessional he literally told me “So, what you want me to do?”Don’t recommend him at all! Not to mention he helped everyone that got there after me. Biggest rip off in town!!! I’m nice for giving them two stars I wouldn’t even give them 1 for the way they run the business.Would NOT recommend this place to my friends and family.The funny part was he was trying to charge me more than what I originally paid.

My 2015 honda civic si got hit by some flying object coming home late one night on thw fwy and just shattered my passanger door window completely. Called around, looked at reviews and prices etc and went with Heritage. Call them up to confirm they still had the window and if they were available for install today. Took them about an 1hr or so to install. Did have to come back for adjustment the next day, that was taking care of very quickly. Great prices and service. Would highly recommend Heritage auto glass. Accidents happen and there is nothing we can do about them but fix them. Came here not by choice. The staff was friendly and they fix my rear window fast and inexpensive. They tell you not to wash it for 48 hrs. But I took I bit longer. So after 3 months I finally washed it and found a leak called them right away and on my next day off went back and the problem was fixed. Highly recommend this place. They are professionals even when a problem like mine happens many months after.
