Service was very poor,, waiting in line at the cashier for tem minutes,just to be told they only have four dollars in change .staff should be retrained along with the manager replaced

Employees think they know more than the customer. Brought back a bum battery and took 2 weeks to get it replaced. They even said it wasnt purchased there. I had the receipt to prove it. Plus they need to understand basic english. This is America, right?

Standard Autozone. I waited forever in line just to pay. One cash register open and many employees milling around not helping customers.

I am a DYI, so this is one of my favorites places to fix my car. I always find something interesting like new tools modifications that make your life a lot easier.

Slow during peak hours, employees seem inexperienced and have no sense of commitment demonstrated by the lack of expeditious service required for rush hour. This specific location has a lot of customers specially from across the border, so they should be either employing greater amount of staff or make them more efficient

Very helpful and quick to assist. Easy to get to if youre in Otay, and although they have regular business theyre not so busy you stand in line for an hour.

Just went in an hour ago to purchase Valve Cover Gasket for my car, and one of the employees name Joel which was the manager attended me. He really was talking to me if it we were arguing, I really would never go shop there anymore. I would of put no stars if I had that option.
