Different location, same great service. I will never not write great reviews for this establishment as long as they keep providing service to the extent of what I receive whenever I get a flat (which as it turns out is statistically improbable). So for my 6th trip to the tire folk in 4 years.... Different state, so I figured maybe I wouldnt be in their system or they might not want to honor a Michigan tire. But nope, scheduled an appt online, drove up, and they already had me pulled up. They checked the tire, determined it could be patched (first time for that), and fixed it right up for me. All in all it was around an hour on a busy day. Definitely do the reservations online. Payed for labor and I was on my way. Friendly staff, clean waiting area, and efficient service. Other than offering me a VIP card for how much business Ive given them, this place couldnt get much better. Thanks again DT!

Outstanding professional service, Manager Mike S. has a great team (Seth, Ryan, others). They took extreme care with mounting tires on high-end rims for my BMW, would highly recommended. They know their business well (performance tires, rims, offsets, etc.). Highly recommend. Prices very competitive.

The people were nice and helpful but I got a bad experience. I bought 2 tires and they put the new ones in the rear axle as supposed to and the “old ones” on the front. They did a great job with the new tires but when I enter the freeway my car was shaking a lot. The worse experience ever if you are driving with a baby. They were closed by the time I found out, but I went to another location by lemon grove, they were closing but they helped me anyways. They told me the “old ones” were not balanced when they moved them. It took them less than 10 min to fix it but It was the feeling of not being safe while driving with my baby that will make me never come back to this location.

Stopped by to get the tire pressure checked. He greeted my immediately and checked all four tires quickly. Great free service.

Great customer service from Mike and his team of professionals.. Had to special order some tires for an Audi Q7. Tires came in about 2 days later and I got a phone call letting me know it arrived. Once I arrived at the shop, his nascar mechanics were able to get me in and out in about 35 minutes with all 4 tires replaced. The best part was the price he was able to give me on the tires which were better than the local dealership and tire shops nearby.

Excellent service...got me hooked up with new wheels and tires on short notice..

I showed up 15 minutes before closing and Mike and team took care of me. End of the day, after a very long and hot day and they still stayed late to put the new tires on. Great customer service and thank you very much.

Daniel was professional, very helpful, and polite. He fixed my problem quickly and offered suggestions to avoid the issue in the future. Another one of your employees (don’t know his name) kept me waiting, while he had what appeared to be an extended personal conversation with another employee. He seemed to be avoiding waiting on me. I know someone else that had a similar experience with this employee. Management should check in and hold all their employees accountable.

Replaced 4 tires for my kia soul. When i picked it up i noticed 1 tire had bubbles on the side wall. Mentioned it to the guy and they replaced that tire again on the spot. Within 10 minutes or so they had another new tire replaced balanced and mounted back on the car and ready to go.Good fas service

Still waiting for that TPS to turn off. Was told it would be automatically reset. Ummm, its been more that 2 weeks now. I am not car savvy but Ill continue to find a video to try to reset it.

Quick service to rotate and balance my tires on a busy Saturday. Wait was less than the 45 minutes they estimated. Was able to connect to the free Wi-Fi and keep working while I was there.

Me and my boy just got into town and we had a leak that scared us coming across the desert and these guys could have sold me two tires and basically they repaired a valve at no charge integrity man the world needs a lot more of it. Good job guys!

Had a slow leak, even though they were very busy they were professional and efficient. Fixed the leak and filled all the other tires up all for no charge. I definitely will buy my tires here in the future.

Discount Tire to the rescue!!First I think there was a technical glitch for online appointment setting on the website. It kept on saying my phone number was invalid. So I called, We do take walk ins, and so I did. Much to my surprise, I was greeted warmly by one of the salesman. I went for removal of two screws. Instead of hearing a long story, the associate check my paperwork and informed me the roadside protection covered the tire. It could not be repaired, so per the contact the tire was replaced, no questions asked. The work took approximately 20 minutes which included my free rotation. It take a lot to impress me, JOB WELL DONE GUYS!! I WAS IMPRESSED...

This Discount tire shop is excellent, Jeremy the polite well mannered customer support officer has provided me with excellent service, he is so helpful with great positive attitude and manners, he went beyond his comfort zone to provide me with information and helped me a lot in fixing my car, because of him i consider this place my go to place when i need new tires, they have professional well skilled hard workers crew and i encourage you to try it .

No better tire shop around. Showed up at 8am on Saturday with a possible leak in my rear tire. There was a ton of people in front of me but they got to my vehicle and had me out the door in under an hour. They found 2 nails in the tire, patched them up and sent me on my way after checking the rest of the tires.This was all FREE. Oh, and they didnt try to sell me 5 tires. Tyler is the go to man at this highly reputable establishment. They keep this level of expertise and amazing service up, Im never going anywhere else.

Wow! I am so impressed! I had a screw in my tire today, I drove in at 8:30 and they removed the screw for no charge. They did not try to overcharge or upsell me. They just took the screw out and said have a nice day. My tire was new. It was so refreshing. This is my second time going to Discount Tire in 6 months and they have made a lifelong client.

These guys are great. They matched a great price on an excellent tire. I brought some new tpms sensors and they installed them. Even though and installer forgot to install one, I called and they took care of me and were amazingly friendly about it. Service is everything and these guys were stellar!!!

Terrible experience and life threatening tire they sent me home on. They were unable to swap my tires onto the new factory rims, OK. However when I requested they put my old tires back on they told me they lost 1 of my tires and broke a 2nd one (in the period of 1 hour), sent me home with a donut and a broken tire that had a bubble in it from their tire stripping machine. My tire was not like this when I dropped off the car, tire they sent me home with was life threatening to drive on. After a visit to this store I had to go out and buy 2 used tires JUST to get my car back on the road. Beware.

I love Discount Tire!!! Great prices, better service, and even faster turnaround time. I had an emergency incident on the freeway where part of my tire had delaminated and and flown off, exposing the steel belt, and it was losing pressure quickly. This location was closest to me, so I stopped in right away. Within seconds, I was greeted by Jeremy, who had a very reassuring and calming, pleasant demeanor. He quickly assessed the situation and told me lets go find the best tire for you, and Ill make sure its a great deal. Jeremy provided a few options and consulted me on the differences. Had a long discussion about different tire sizes and the advantages and disadvantages, straight up told me paying extra for a slightly different tire wouldnt be worth it, told me to swing by whenever even though they had no appointments, and without an appointment got my in a bay almost immediately and changed my tires in 20 minutes. I dont usually write reviews for places but these guys earned it for sure, massive respect.

GREAT Service!!! I had low pressure in one of my tires and they found a nail in the side of one and replaced the tire with a new one for just $23. Since I purchased the tires there the rotation and balance was free! The staff are great too! Honestly, there is no better place to get tires. I had a blowout, which was my own fault for letting the tire get as bad as it did. Came in, and decided I needed to just replace all four to be safe, they had me out the door with four new tires for an extremely good price in under 40 minutes, and that was with them being relatively busy as well. The customer service is fantastic. Their prices are wonderful. They really know how to take care of their customers.

Its a flagship tire store . Its very very expensive. WALLMART is cheaper. Yes they are fast to wait on you with tire sales, but if you need a hole in your tire fixed they will tell you to leave it, or to wait a few hours, like they have told me on many different occasions.They make it uneasy for you as possible so you leave and get it fixed else where. The waiting area OUTSIDE is gone, yes its gone no more chairs out side .I am aware we must practice social distancing and outside they had the space to do this so why take the chairs away and keep the ones inside. This makes no sense at all. And it was 96 degrees when I went so sitting outside would of been nice !! This is the one on Mission Gorge Rd. by Interstate 8 !!! Be Aware !!!

I really appreciated discount tire for fixing my tire for free. I got a flat tire because of two nails, and I brought the car to Costco tire center. They said they were not able to fix it, and that I have to buy a new tire which they didn’t carry. Then I called Discount Tire to ask if they have the model of my tire. Francisco answered the call. He’s very thorough and asked a few questions about the car. Then instead of ordering the new tire for me, he suggested me to bring the car in so that they can take a look to see if it’s fixable. I am so glad I listened to him. They were very quick and friendly. They took out the nails, fixed my tire, and made sure the air pressure is balanced, then put the donut tire back in the trunk! The whole process was less than 1 hour. Thank you so much for the awesome service! I’ll for sure to come back if I have any issue with tires in future. Highly recommended!

I was impressed by the /excellent/ service here compared to /pretty good/ service at other Discount Tire locations. I was first helped by Fausto, who was extremely friendly, compassionate, and helpful.I arrived in the early afternoon on a Thursday with a sidewall bubble on one tire and another tire completely flat. I had my car back within twenty minutes.

I just came here to get some wheel locks off. They did it nice and fast. Busy place so highly recommend you get there early as you can! Went in to have my tire pressure checked because my warning light went on. Jeremy was very helpful and checked all my tires. Turned out everything was okay! Every time I have come in for service I have been treated very well and the service has been quick. All the staff I have dealt with have been really nice and honest! Would definitely recommend going here if you need tires or help with any tire issues.

I came into discount tires here. I made an appointment for 10. This gal, Tiffanie like a ninja running around making sure all customers are happy. Letting them know an eta on their vehicle. I have 11:30 Appointment w client and I don’t have a lot of time but she made sure that I was taken care of and also updated me on status. I just dont get why anyone would by a tire anywhere else. The service is always so great, and yet the prices are always the lowest (The sign next door at Evans Tires that says we beat discount is 100% BS). Discount even beats Costco on price. And it beats the F out of Evans and anyone else from head to toe.Ive been had dealings with probably about 10 of the locations over the years. This store is typical Discount Tire - customer service above all else. This last stop was my third at this location. I lease cars for a year at a time now, and no longer buy tires for myself. I do buy tires for my kids regularly.Yesterday, I stopped in to have a new tire fixed. Not a new tire I bought from Discount, but one on a relatively new car. I wasnt asked if I bought the tire there, and they did not know me from previous business I had done with Discount. They fixed my tire for free, checked and adjusted the tire pressure in the other three, and had me on my way in 30 minutes. Why? Because thats what Discount Tire does. No upsell, no pitch, just a smile and when I asked why it was free, the response was we cant have people driving on dangerous tires :)So two messages:1) Youre crazy if you buy tires anywhere else. Costco somewhat excepted, but you wont get this kind of service. That only applies to tires btw, Costco rocks.2) FY Evans Tires. There is no measurable value you beat Discount at anything. Not even price, which is the insinuation. But you did rip my son off one time very cleverly!
