Customer service was excellent

BAD SERVICE should be the name of this place!!!When you get to the counter nobody greets you, nobody even turn their face to you... when I asked for what I needed, they said to have it in stock. Once I paid.. they retracted and said they had to order the part. 10 minutes later 3 employees and nobody knows nothing about my part. Employees were just talking about dogs and wifes. After 30 more minutes someone from storage comes and says that no part arrived. Terrible service and really bad attitude towards customers.

I operate body shop at San Diego, and ordered few parts from Jonathan and gave him resale number upon ordering parts to have tax waived off. Obviously they forgot somehow and charged me sales tax. I released vehicle about 2 month later and went over my invoice and noticed a tax collected from NAP. I called and ask for a refund and they refuse to give me a refund back. I know you can actually file a form through state or IRS and recollect those fees paid. They wont even give me a store credit for me to use them again. I totally lost trust from this company and I will never use them again. Even if insurance company tells me to Ill just tell them that I will not use them. You have just lost a potential big time customer based on your poor customer service. This if for you Marie at Accounting department. Thanks a lot.

Rather than polish the headlights that I had, I went there and bought new ones at a pretty good price. After a YouTube video I installed them. The only drawback was that I had to drive a long way to get them

I called to get a price for a tale gate molding on an f150 truck. The1st person that answered me was very helpful. But when I called back 2min later I had another gentleman answer me he wanted to know what I needed so I explained to him the same thing as the 1st gentleman that had answered & he said that what I was looking for was a special order & that it would cost more! How is it that in 2 min everything changed! Not only that my husband called them & they told him that they dont carry that molding at all!! So what type of business are they running! A Clown Shop!!

No good auto part and no customers care. Just wasting time to go there, most of they time they don’t have the auto parts, experience and bad auto parts brands.

Bought a part through eBay from them that was broken that cost 435 dollar and were not willing to return!

Very bad attention from their employees, they have you waiting while they talk, then they send you to pay to the cashier where there is no one and you have to wait for the cashiers to come out to eat the cake in the corner and finally they send you to wait for the warehouse to deliver the parts very late everythingAnd if you call by phone, it is the same, they ask you to select the number 3 times from different 5 options so that in the end they will make you wait for more than 15 minutes, it is a list that such a good store has the worst customer service.
