Excellent customer service! I showed up when he was closing. Had a hole in my tire, he took his time to fix it to make sure it would hold up well. I appreciate that he took his time with me. Would highly recommend this shop.

Horrible service, yesterday I pulled up and they saw me but they never approached me to help, they were eating lunch I guess but there was 2 guys there.. so I left and I will never go back again, plus last time they did a horrible patch job on my wife’s car

I came in to get some tires for my car and Jose found some issues that would’ve cost me so much money to repair . He was able to help me and explained all the details behind the issue . I’m definitely going to come back and recommend others to come here. If your looking for someone who is straight forward and professional come here!

I came in to have a tire checked and was told they would look at it right away. Then was told that i had to wait because the person who does that job had to leave to go pick someone up. Then the person left was gone for over 30mins, when he came back he had food. Like really? How unprofessional is that! Then we had to wait till they ate their food. Never again will i come to this place! Very unprofessional, the customer comes first and if you guys needed a food break that is fine just communicate that with the customer so that the customer can decide whether they want to wait or not. Mind you they had 3 other customers waiting as well. If i could give no stars that would be my rank.

I went out and got new tires for my car and had this shop mount & balance my front tires for me, they charged me $15 a tire with a guarantee on their work. Less than 24 hours later my front right tire popped off the rim and completely destroyed my tire, leaving me stranded most of the night, & costing me $220 for emergency roadside tire repair. I went back the next morning & was told NO they do not guarantee their work, but they would fix the problem if I paid them a second time for the same job, they refused to even replace the tire they had ruined. I would suggest you take your car to HURCULES TIRES ON MAIN STREET IN CHULA VISTA they are great guys & do a quality job.

This place is awesome. The worker Jose was fast friendly and nice. He called around to get my specific tire at a good price. I highly recommend this place.

First time there they cut into my sidewall causing me to replace the tire. Third time there they overinflated my tire looking for the nail in my tire causing bumps to appear on the tire causing me to replace ANOTHER tire. Im heading over there to talk to the owner and try to find a solution. I will repost after my visit
