Staff does not have expertise in late model vehicles. Basically there techs don’t have any recent training as evident on the outdated certifications dating back decades ago. I suggest staying with the dealer because they have more expertise and the labor prices are also cheaper than here by far.

This service station is EXCELLENT!!! Very clean inside. The people are so kind and explain everything. You even get pictures of the insides of your car :) Never knew I needed that until I went here. Honest!

Was recommended by Auto Fashion. Met Eddie, who goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. This shop took care of my modified S2000 that was having coolant leak on the intake throttle gasket. They wrapped my car with protective film and fixed the issue. Eddie on the side kept sending me updates inclduing when it was ready for pickup.I highly recommend this service center!

The excellent reviews you read are absolutely accurate. I have brought 2 cars(1 Lexus & 1 Toyota) to Elite and I could not be more satisfied or impressed. Honest, well skilled and affordable is a rare find. I drive about 50 miles to come to Elite & it is so worth the drive. The place is immaculate. Their pride in providing a great experience is obvious from the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out. Im a fairly busy person & I do not write reviews, but I felt this was the least that I can do. I have no affilation to the place nor was I asked to write a review. I was just googling it to get the address & said, hey, why not treat them proper like they have treated me? As the name says they are elite. You will feel like you are in a hotel lobby, and the service is exceptional.At the same time they charge reasonable. I always take my Toyota Prius here once in a here or for 10k miles. They do fully synthetic 0W20 fully synthetic oil with filter change.They are very fast and prompt even without appointment. But appointment is highly recommend. They have a neat lounge and drink station. Clean restroom guaranteed too.Highly professional, high in class. Truly elite.

I went here on a recommendation, I had no prior knowledge of the place as Im from out of town. I brought in my Toyota.The customer service, specifically T, was great! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He even lowered the price of my service to match regular dealership prices.Well, beyond matched, he went below it.The service itself was fast and went just fine. In fact, they saved me money by telling me there was no issue with my air conditioning which a dealership I had gone to was suggesting I get work done.This place is top notch, I highly recommend it!

They offer a very professional level of service relative to the typical auto service shop. Its more akin to getting your car repaired at a dealership. However, Elites staff is very friendly and patient to explain and make recommendations and not pushy like what Ive typically experienced at dealerships. They were quick to follow-up on getting an unusual part we needed from Toyota, provided my wife a courtesy ride to work when she dropped off the car, and successfully made the fix we needed. This is a small business worth supporting!

After spending hundreds of dollars trying to fix an engine runs lean issue to no avail, I took it to Elite and everyone that I have worked with is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and respectful of your time and money. I have never had anyone offer to show me under the hood or save the old parts that were changed out to show where the source of the issue, and Eddie at Elite took the time to do this for me. I went from a mystery that the other place recommended replacing fuel injectors as a guess to mystery solved based on a strategic list of checks. These guys found the issue with simple hoses and gaskets. Im a fan for life!If you find yourself coming back to an unsolved mystery, take it to Elite Service Center and they will solve it for you.All that aside, its the nicest service center if you need to wait for your car! They go the extra mile to make you comfortable while providing the best service for your vehicle.

T is very straight forward and will tell you whats needed whether it be serviced with them or not. Never trying to up sell anything, just straight forward. When you want professional work done to your Lexus/Toyota, this is definitely the place to go.

I took my Lexus ES 300 in to Elite Lexus convinced that I had a battery drain for the previous 3 brand new batteries lasted just a week each. T greeted me and told me that he would be keeping the car there overnight to do some testing. The next day T called and told me that he doesnt think that I have a battery drain, but rather, a bad negative battery terminal. He proceeded to show me the printed testing results to validate his statement. Additionally, he told me to change this terminal with an OEM terminal. I did exactly as instructed by T, and now 3 months later, my battery is still good. The best part about my experience is that he charged me nothing! How cool is that?It was your high ratings that brought me to your service center, and now that your first class services in professionalism, integrity, and kindness are all confirmed, Ill be back should I have problems ahead. Thank you T and Elite Lexus for solving my problem when my previous 2 mechanics could not!

This repair shop is amazing.... amazing people... good mechanics..They have the information you need and they treat you how YOU want to be treated.Knowledgeable, they also stress their concerns about your vehicle.Experience with them:2 visits total - one for an oil change, and one for engine oil leak (known problem with the model of the Lexus @ a given mileageI wish the parts would have come sooner so I can get my car sooner. This was not their fault.They are very cheap compared to the dealership. I highly suggest going to them if you have a Lexus of some sort.

First time using there service and was very impressed. Just needed an oil change and was in-out within 45 minutes. They also made notes on my tires, brakes, etc... and checked over the entire car. Paid 1/2 as much than what the dealer was charging me and got twice the service. San Diego Lexus wanted to give me a loaner car......just to change the oil.The people here are very nice, friendly and they care about the customer.

I went here to get my brakes replaced on my 2002 Lexus ES300. I did not want to spend a lot with this old car and I knew the dealer would have charged a lot more. I dropped the car off in the morning and it was ready that afternoon. The gentleman I was dealing with was very professional and courteous. He gave me fair warning on potential problems with pictures and pricing. Luckily the bill was at the lower end of the estimate. I also have a newer Hyundai Genesis, but they do not service that model.

Just needed an oil change for my Lexus Rx 350 and was out in 45 mins. They had a nice lounge and Wi-Fi and I could connect to work from there. The staff were very polite and knowledgeable. They checked and made notes of lots of other stuff too like break pads, battery life etc. The price they charged was 1/3rd compared to what I used to pay at the dealership.

T is the best---hes incredibly easy to talk to, very straighforward in telling you what needs to be fixed immediately, what things arent in very good shape, but can be held off on, if money is an issue, and what things that other mechanics may have said are a problem that... arent any sort of problem at all. His storefront/waiting area is spectacularly clean and spacious... at first, I thought I was at some sort of dealership---haha, I almost turned around and left! =P But T greeted me, talked to me, had a mechanic look at my car... and I was shocked at both the incredibly fair price and time frame that he quoted me to replace the catalytic converter on my 2001 Toyota Camry.He also told me a couple other things that Id need to address soonish (including transmission flush), advisably sooner rather than much later. Good advice, I just tried to get away with it for a little too long haha, but Im definitely going to have to head in soon to get some more work done. It was actually realizing that, and having to go find Ts business card just now (took two seconds---thats just not a card you lose!) that reminded me that Id written a note to myself to review this place.You simply just do not find this kind of quality, service, fairness, attentiveness and... omg, mechanics that actually explain things to you, and give you real information??... They so professional on the phone, I talk to one guy about changing the rear differential on my 06 GS300 n he was so patient with me n quote me for under $105 price, this is by far the best phone call conversation I had when calling a mechanic shop. Usually other shop mechanic will ignore ur call, gives U false information or hang up But this guy whom I curious to find out who he is, is so professional on the phone, he waited until all my question was answer n until I hang up. Very professional, very reliable, very informative and best price for ur car work, they work on Honda, Acura, Toyota, lexus, Nissan and Infiniti n specialized on all of them. Go there, youll never regret it, I promise n guess what, theyll even talk to ur car when you pick it up, now thats something not even the dealership can do. I bought a 2006 LS 350 with about 140,000 on the ODO. It was periodically throwing a trouble code causing the check engine light to come on and keep the car from shifting into 6th gear costing a lost of wasted gas milage. I took it to them and they said they belileve it is a shift solenoid going bad and althought they believed it would, they couldnt guarantee replacing it would fix the problem. So I was hesitant because it was about a $650 service with no guarantee attached to it. About a year later I had them replace it and that was about a year ago now. Ive never experienced the problem since then and Im writing this review because I owe you a Thank You Elite Service Center. Nice work.
