Super helpful! And extremely professional! I used to only trust the Toyota Dealership but because of the excellent customer service and quick auto service I will always take my car here from now on. Hector was also explained things very clearly and was honest too!

We just needed a simple oil change, the man behind the counter said they could have it done in two hours but told us to leave the car there for three hours just to be safe. We came back three hours later and they hadnt done it yet. They asked for 45 minutes extra but at that point we just left with the car.

My fiancé and I were visiting from out of town and on our first day there my breaks went out on my car. We googled the closest car shop when this gem popped up. It was just after 12pm when we showed up, no appointment, and he told us they could replace the breaks and have it done by 4pm. Since we were on vacation and had just gotten there we started looking into renting a car for the time mine would be in the shop so that we could go about our day. The man who was helping us didn’t even hesitate to loan us his car for the day while he worked on mine. It was so effortlessly thoughtful of him to just hand over the keys and trust us with his car. We went about our day and my car was ready right when they said it would be. Very happy this shop was the closest one to us at the time because the service was truly outstanding!

Went here because I had a coupon. Totally didnt expect the awesome service and hospitality. Despite a slight delay I wasnt annoyed. The employee of the gas station (which is separate we were told) was very courteous in letting my husband and I wait inside with AC and out of the unseasonably hot weather. I would come back again even with no coupon.

Hector is a great mechanic. Easy to make an appointment and get what you need done quickly. If its going to take longer than he has estimated or there is more involved, he lets you know right away.

Have lived in Pt Loma for 16 years, used to bring my car there when it was a Union 76 station. Its now called Rosecrans Automotive. Hector and Tom are still working there and they always take good care of me and my girlfriends car. You can still buy gasoline there as well. Thanks guys !!
