We set up an appointment for a set of two diesels, 3 weeks in advance. I told them we had a one to two week window to get this done and needed to be sure to arrange this. After several calls and messages left, I had no replies. Today I finally got through to be told they couldnt fit me in. A total let down. All they had to do was let me know in advance so I could set something up with another more dependable company. I am disgusted. Dont waste your time with this company.

Called 2 times to schedule a valve adjustment on my Twin Cats in my boat. First time said he could be there in two weeks we’ll 2 month went by no show no call. I figured maybe they got busy and forgot. So I called again to set up a appointment. Erne told me he could be out there on Wednesday. Well once again no call no show. I don’t think Dependable Marine is very dependable at all. I am a fanatic when it comes to maintenance on my boats and spend 10s of thousand every year on them. I would have been a regular customer since I live in Vegas and don’t have the time to service them myself. But I guess they don’t need new customers. Don’t wast your time calling this company they do not follow though with what they say they will do.
