EU Premier are the best. They go over and beyond with their customer service. I have used them for many years now, for both my LR4 and my Range Rover. The whole team are dedicated to their love of Land Rovers I wouldnt trust any other garage with my Land Rover RRI have had side deployable side steps put on, Wow! what an amazing job they have done.Thank you Premier Rover.
I should have posted this review some time ago when I first came to San Diego/needed a shop. This shop came highly recommended by a forum I belong to dealing with all things Land Rover, as I find myself living in a city in which I no longer have a full shop at my own disposal like I did when I lived in Minneapolis. Not only have they exceeded expectations and reasonable prices, but they are FAST with the work. Theyre also highly convenient to me as I work basically a block away. Take it from a guy who can fix/diagnose almost anything.. These guys do it right!
I got a new brakes and my 2015 range rover sport works just perfect I would reccomend.
I completely trust them. The location is awesome but they makes my experience complete be cause I can trust that my car is safe and in good hands. Thank you.
These guys are the BEST. William is such a great guy. He explained everything that was done to my Rover. And they do such awesome work, theres no way I would go anywhere else!!
After 11 years of owning Land Rovers, I have finally found a shop that I will use every time I need Land Rover service that I cannot perform myself. William, Julia and the staff at Premier Rovers are amazing. Friendly, knowledgable, and do great/fast work. I was thoroughly impressed by their operation and will be bringing my P38 RR and Series 2 Disco there from now on!
I do NOT recommend this shop. I have been having problems with my brakes since they were installed, never felt right, extreme dust, squeaking constantly, etc and each time they looked at them, I got a different answer/excuse. Each answer equaled something new that needed to be done. I did my homework and I was referred to another RR shop and they informed me I needed new brakes and rotors (mine weren’t even 4 months old!)!! I called EU P. and asked them how this could happen in 4 months and less than 2400 miles driven on them. Again, got every excuse known when he knew he was at fault. He then offered to do brakes and rotors at cost (around $400). I then went through my paperwork at home to see that not only did these need to be replaced within 4 months, but I just bought new rotors 4 months prior!! That is my own negligence for not paying attn, and just doing any service they tell me needs to be done. That means I needed 3 sets of rotors in less than a year, and 2 sets of brakes in less than 4 months!!! After calling him and informing him this, he said ‘nope, we didn’t do that’ and wanted to argue, I gave him the invoice numbers and he said he would call me back. Never did he call me back, but decided to email instead and admitted to doing all this work i informed him of, but only offered to refund me for 1 set of rotors OR do all the work at cost! How is that fair or ethical?! I should be getting reimbursed for my rotors AND do new brakes and rotors at NO CHARGE. I decided to take the refund bc I don’t want them touching my car again or putting AFTER MARKET products on my car ever again when I paid for OEM products!! Check was supposed to be in mail following day, but took his time sending out for over a week. This is only 1 of the issues I have had with them, and was the last straw! Oddly enough my sister had been to them for a set of brakes before all this and returned to them 3 months after and was told she needed new brakes already!! Car had less than 3000 miles (highway miles). They also recently misdiagnosed her coolant issue and said she just needed a new battery, and didn’t pay attn and ignored the codes firing off, and now has a huge issue that another Rover shop was able to diagnose from the codes (EU could have figured this out, but clearly failed) Even after talking to Land Rover about what the after market brands are of things (to compare to what they put on my car), they even told me there are better shops out there! They said ‘Yes, we sell them parts, but don’t recommend them) Ironic;) Wish I knew this from day 1, and that is why I’m writing this, to help all of you out that may need it! This shop lacks integrity, professionalism, quality care, and honesty!!
Taking my Range Rover here was the best decision I have ever made. The dealership is such a rip off and I always like Im the bothersome one. These people provide excellent customer service and treat me with great kindness and respect as well as for my car. They are reasonably priced (I did purchase a very expensive vehicle!) and I definitely feel that I can trust them 100%. Their reviews were so great I had to check them out for myself and they did not disappoint.Did I mention the free oil change just for being a first time customer and military discount they give? This place is totally rad.

Took my 06 LR3 to use their first time customer oil change that I found out via a friend. They found that my brakes were worn but compared to the price at the dealership I told to go ahead. They are very reasonably price. I will definitely be coming here for as long as I have a Land Rover car!

Made a scheduled 10am appt week in advance, on Saturday 04/02/2016 no one bothered to call me or tell me that the shop would be closed waited for over an hour called service line no answer, for a business with 5 stars this is not good customer service i would not recommended this shop.
