Friendly, honest, transparent, and profession. I was treated with courtesy and respect. All counting and calculations done in front of me. I wouldnt hesitate to come back and Id recommend this business to anyone without reservations. Thank you for such a good experience!
Very friendly gentleman at the shop (Buzz) looked at some fake coins I got on the internet and let me know the bad news. Thanks again for the help and I learned my lesson -- buy local and stay away from online coin shopping. Ugh.
I give it 5 stars1. For the simple fact of responding to negative comments.2. It definitely appears fast on Google referring to Coins.3. Because your answers seem consistent. people do not see that businesses change owners judge their childrens children.5. Good people.
Went in to buy ASE, the change they gave me was American concept dollar coins. Stamped with S1, not $1. They told me they were just worth face value. Turns out you cannot spend them. I tried to use them at another coin shop. They told me they were fake and not actual money.Learn from my mistake, these people are no good.
These guys know their stuff. Their jeweler is way ahead of the curve and not a BS artist like some Im sure youve talked to. (I bought a diamond ring for my wife from them because I trusted them with the coins I have purchased from them in the past). If youre in the market and theyre not too far from you, you might shop there to compare.
Drove 20 min to store! They had sign on window be back in 10 min! We waited over 20 minutes, no one ever showed up to open. Please keep your posted hours!
Switched bills? 500 and 1000 dollar bills are not found on the street. This was a significant purchase, and this company knowingly and purposely defrauded the customer. To say that a third party independent grading service does not have the best reputation is false. The only one here with a bad reputation is YOU. Avoid this business--caveat emptor.
Stay far away from John Franklin Coins. They engage in deceptive business practices and are unprofessional in dealings. I purchased two currency notes they graded Gem BU and both were returned as EF 40 by CGA. When confronted with the original receipt and the professional grading results, they actually had the audacity to say I switched the notes. Learn from my mistake and stay away from these charlatans.
