Had a very positive experience with DiskTech. Alex was my first contact in trying to find the correct drive to replace a failed drive in our raid system. Advice was spot on and delivery was on time. Actually called back in for some additional advise which was provided by another gentleman (I do not remember his name) but he explained some options to try in the replacement of my drive. I do appreciate that the representatives were willing to assist with solid advice and not just make a sale. You have gained a customer for future transactions.

I wanted to expand the storage on a TIVO (increase from 1TB to 2 TB). TIVO compatibility chart lists the 15 characters model number. Sellers list only the first 8 characters. All seller I contact until DISCTECH would not honor their listing pictures or work with me. Val took the 7 disc drive model numbers (the full 15 character numbers) to the warehouse staff and came back with the drive I should order. It arrive quickly, was the correct 15 character model number, TIVO accepted it (TIVO had already rejected my first three tries from other suppliers), added the storage, and it worked!!!What great extra service. No other supplier that I contacted was willing to provide this needed level of service. Great Job and much appreciate. BTW, I just ordered a second drive so I have a spare in case I have a drive failure in the future - I will not have to repeat the frustration and considerable level of effort it took to get to the right company/person.Great job, great customer service, greatly appreciated.

I am very happy with Disctech! I needed a replacement hdd for my surveillance dvr system and was having trouble finding one that was the right size and specs for the right price. They were out of stock on the one I ordered because the industry is phasing out the 2.5 inch 5400 rpm hdds, but Disctech called me the same day and offered me a remanufactured hdd with a higher storage capacity for a little more money, but still cheaper than everywhere else. I selected the 1 to 3 day shipping and received it on the 3rd day. I popped it in my dvr and now it is up and recording again! Will definitely order from them again and I am very pleased with their customer service.

I ordered 2 WD Black drives for a Dell server. DiscTech immediately contacted me to notify me that Dell now uses Toshiba drives. They corrected my order and shipped. Good customer experience!

DiscTech saved me thousands on upgrades to my existing servers instead of replacing them. They took the time to discuss my project and sent me detailed quotes with a few different options that rescued my budget. I had everything installed the next day! Highly Recommend!

I ordered hard drives x 2 for 1-3 priority delivery by Fedex. I tried to track it and had to call them, only to tell me my credit card was not verified, yet they did not call or email me. I send them a wire and it took them 2 days to process, which was done Thur May 30. Even though I paid $69 for Fedex 1-3 day delivery, its scheduled for Fri June 14!! This is so messed up.

Top notch service. When our IT guy only wanted to buy from them we were concerned that we should get more quotes but after seeing the level of support they provided we could justify forgoing our normal 3 quote minimums in favor of make DiscTech our vendor or choice.

This company is horrible. They ship items to customers and when they are lost by the carrier they refuse to help with filing a claim or refunding the money. They have horrific customer service skills and are only out to get your money. Better off buying from a company that stands by their customers and not against them.

I order an Adaptec 2275400-R AFM-700 Cache Protection BBU Flash Module 700 Kit. Brand new just like it stated but it did not have pieces need to mount it to a chassis. They told me that the parts are not included in the OEM kit they have, Very disappointed that I could not get a complete kit.
