Love this store at the Fashion Valley Center. I was impressed how nice the clerk was. I was able to find the Morphe makeup brushes I was looking for. Make up counters were clean and organized. Items not overpriced and products were stocked.

This is my first official review on a store/service. Blake was such a wonderful help. I came into the store very quickly to grab a few things. What really popped out from his service was he knew how to make something work out for you if you liked it and wasn’t sure how to use it. He gave me options while explaining color schemes really well. Everyone else there was super friendly and welcoming!

Lipsticks are $5 instead of $10 at the moment. Recommend to get your great choice in lipsticks.

I love this location and I always spend hundreds here they have great service! Went yesterday and got more items from the Jaclyn cosmetics collection.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I just wish they were in stock more often of the Jeffree Star cosmetics, particularly the Velour Liquid Lipsticks.

Customer service is definitely horrible which I believe they need to work on and do better. Employees at the register looked like they didn’t want to be there and I could 100% sense that. Thankfully I was able to find what I was looking for so I was out quickly but still very upset.

I went yesterday 9/14 and the associate Frida was very nice to my sister and I, she helped us choose a couple items that we were looking for and was very welcoming since we arrived at the store, she let us know of the sales they had definitely going back

Good customer service

The store was amazing and the access to the Jefferey Star x Morph pallets were vast and the options endless. However upon entry there was not only a security guard staring us down the entire time but also the help was ultimately not there as it seemed that there wasnt a single employee working there? Overall the access was great but customer service was not.

Employees were very nice as you walked in and very helpful in any question you have.

We love our visits and purchases from Morphe! Good quality beauty at an amazing price point. Store manager Stephanie could not have been more gracious, as was the diverse staff. Especially love the eye pencils, shadow palettes, and the best brush cleaner product weve ever found. We will be back!

Brenda did my eyes with P.S. mini jawbreaker pallete and it was one of the BEST looks Ive ever had done. It was gorgeous!

I already knew what I was going to buy, but I couldnt find it so i had to ask someone where it was. They were very helpful and pointed me to the right spot. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I was there for about 5-10 mins looking lost and no one ever came to ask me if I needed assistance. After not finding what I was looking for i pulled it up on my phone and asked someone. So yes i was helped but had to ask. I guess I am used to going to stores and being bugged if I need help. Especially a pricey store like this, you want to be helped for the cost of stuff.

Staff are excellent at their job. Very well stocked store. And for the products, the prices are pretty good.

I just going there to get my make up that I want bites they never have samples available or they were now to sheds the girls always seemed to be stressed thou and that shows on their job like theyre not really welcome mean the customer service is not there is better than that I just going for the make up on not so much for the customer service but I know for other people customer service is a big deal soul more for you should definitely work on your customer service

I liked the lip things so did my freinds and I liked the food and cars

All the wonderful ladies in the store asked how we were doing while I was in complete shock I was standing in my first morphe store starring at Jeffree Star cosmetics in real life. To you ladies.....Thank you for being so beautiful and welcoming.

I absolutely love Morphe’s products, but I recommend ordering online or going to Ulta. All the samples were disgusting and broken, half the products on display were empty, heck there were barely any products there.We weren’t greeted or helped, the employees didn’t even acknowledge us and looked like they didn’t want to be there, even while being checked out. The hype from social media based makeup artists on how great Morphe store is really not it sis. They may be great at marketing themselves but the execution overall is sad.

The store manager is rude, offered the worst customer service experience for my sister and I. I am a Makeup Artist and I really love their products for my clients and this store was going to become our go to place to buy makeup, unfortunately not anymore. The store manager does not offer a warm welcome. My sister and I, felt so uncomfortable because the employees were whispering things to one another while staring at us and did not allow us to enjoy our shopping experience. I invited my sister to show her the new Morphe store and how beautiful their eyeshadow palettes are. After visiting the store with sister, my sister and I decided that we will not be shopping at that Morphe location anymore. The service was so bad, that my Sister felt the need to step out, due to their poor customer service.As a customer, I highly suggest the management team to train their employees on not whispering about a customer right infront of them. Also, the store manager should atleast put a smile on if she is in a bad mood or having a stressful time instead of sending bad energy to customers and is supposed to be an example to her staff. Its sad that their store is run by such a poor customer service oriented store manager that gives off bad vibes, isnt friendly, bad attitude. A tall model/skinny blond girl is the kindest employee in the store and also a tall blond lady that is very curvy and thick kind. Other then that, hopefully their customer service changes. 1st time in their store, way crazy busy... Didnt have what I was looking for... Not sure if they had that crazy of a day for sales or if they just didnt stock J.S. liquid lipsticks... For lipsticks they only had 6-8..... In their defense was CRAZY tho.... (Will try again another time)

I wish 0 stars were an option. The family and I stopped in to the store today after we had realized there was a morphe store in this location. (I am from out of town). My niece and sister in law along with myself were super excited to see that they had some of the most sought out James Charles pallets in stock. We decided to get them finally after not being able to get any online before they sold out. We were advised that we could only purchase 2 PER PERSON, PER TRANSACTION. I said that would be fine as there were three of us there and different means of payments. We get up to the counter and I purchased 2 on my card and ALLISON had checked me out with no problem. My sister in law gets up to the counter and starts to check out only to be confronted by ALLISON for trying to purchase. I will admit she was going to just use my card however after being yelled at like a child she got another card out and proceeded. We then were hounded by ALLISON because we were all in the same party and its their policy and so forth. The policy as I was explained was 2 per PERSON meaning not 2 per party or household. After being told by (brenda) another employee to just go ahead with the transaction allison walks away and proceeds to bad mouth all of us to the other employees. UNBELIEVABLE!!! For our first experience ever with morphe and also having our children with us I am appalled that this even occurred! There are far more worse things going on in this world than to be yelling at us over purchasing a pallet!! Not one person offered to take care of her issues nor did she even apologize for such behavior!! I will also be contacting corporate as I do not feel like we should have left that store in tears. Not to mention we felt as of we had committed a crime even though the other employee insisted that what we were doing was fine.The poor customer service displayed by allison was by far the worst Ive ever.. evvvverrrr come in contact with and that can say alot.On the other hand I will note that Brendas professionalism was amazing and I surely appreciate her not attacking us like allison did.

Finally able to get morphe and jefree starr in store, right away 👌
