Bought a couple of colognes. All were sealed except for one that was a gift set. As soon as I opened the box it smelled like armpit!I did washed the bottle and cleaned the box to make sure it’s ok. But the smell of spicy food and armpits still lingered. It turned out that the perfume was expired. They exchanged the perfume for another one. The service was good. The products may not always be fresh that’s why you are getting a discount.

Used to go every time I went to Ross or Marshalls. Purchased last minute perfume for a gift. Returned next day with receipt because spray head was broken. Contents were intact and they refused to exchange much less return money. Price was cheap so it wasnt about the money, I thought they would do the right thing but I was wrong. Didnt like how I was treated when I tried to exchange obviously defective merchandise. Hopefully theyve changed their policies.

I bought cosmetics and original colognes from Perfume Network Of San Ysidro California for Christmas presents. My family was so happy! So was I! Perfume Networks personnel is so nice and helpful! Thank you guys!

Associates DONT greet you. I literally walked in to purchase 2 perfumes but wasn’t greeted and only stared at. I walked around for 2 minutes, I knew exactly what I wanted but was never helped so I left! Customer service needs improvement! I buy from this store all the time!
