Double double and fries - ask for animal fries.Fresh tasting 🍔 burger!My brother went to ASU and discovered In-N-Out Burger. He found out very quickly that there is a secret menu. He shared with us that we needed to order our fries animal style. He gave us good direction. They are topped with cheese, thousand island dressing, and chopped grilled onions that are a wonderful blend of flavors together. Next time youre on the west coast, we recommend stopping in.

Great place to bring our kiddos for dinner. Love the Bible verses on the drinks & fry containers. Well definitely eat here again when were in the area. ☺️

Drive thru line was long but very fast. I didnt know they had such a limited menu. We liked how different it is from every other fast food place weve been to. The order guy with the tablet at the drive up was very efficient and he let me take his picture to document our first trip to an In N Out. 😀👍

Anytime we come out to San Diego, we always have to grab a couple of burgers from In N Out. As always, theres a pretty long wait going through the drive-thru (half an hour or longer sometimes). You can go inside for quicker service, but its hard to find parking at times. Friday night @ 11pm and 20+ cars ahead of me and at least as many behind. It took about 20 minutes to grab food-not bad. Its nice that theres someone with a POS to input your order to expedite the process. Be aware though, that once you enter the drive-thru, youre stuck til the end-no turning back. Worth waiting for!

Delicious burgers which didnt disappoint one bit. Our Marine made a request of a double double before going off to Camp Pendleton. Thought I was going to wait as I arrived before scheduled open time of 10:30am. They were actually open before then!! Server stated that theyll open early if they are ready. Big plus as I had to get food back before he boarded bus to Pendleton. Thumbs up In n Out!!

I try to hit up In-N-Out any time Im in Cali and this time did not disappoint. The service was quick and the employees friendly. Food tasted great and was a perfect way to start my time in the area.

It was great except for waiting..

Have not been here in years but the kids wanted to experience it so we went. The food was decent and the service was fast. The kids loved when the worker gave them the hats they can keep the most.

The burger was no where near done & the cheese looks like its old & been on there for awhile. And my wifes was the same way too. The fries were also cold & hard. I am very disappointed in this when I go to places like this for the quality of the food.

So In-N-Out is a staple restaurant in San Diego and the line is always long and I mean always from morning to night. The good thing I like about this place is that its open till 1:00 a.m. and their shakes are delicious.The only thing I dont like is that their protein burgers need butter lettuce and not just iceberg lettuce. The burger immediately falls apart when you unwrap it. Also the french fries are fresh yes but have no flavor at all.

Our first time visiting. We have heard people talking about how good it is. We thought it was okay, we have had better fast food burgers & also worse. We liked that they had an actual person taking our orders even through the drive through & he helped us decide by on what to order since it was our first visit. Service was fairly quick during the busy supper rush.

Ok... this is a must visit after the kids get out of school. Location is always busy so if you are in a rush this may not be the place for “Fast Food” but if you have time go inside and eat because the crowd in here is always something special. Burgers were tasty, but the french fries were not. I think they served us the leftover scraple from the deep fryer-- possibly by accident, lets hope. Enormous lines, however, service was fast and amazingly friendly.

Love In N Out food. Today I received a good customer service but my burger and fries were cold. I did not notice until I got to my place and ate it.

Would be a great place to go to eat if they had a vegetarian meal and/or vegan foodstuff on their menus but it is what it is. So thats why they are getting a two star rating as they could have gotten a worse rating than that one.

My family was in town from out of state and wanted to have one last In-N-Out burger before they left. A nice man named “Josh” took our order, gave us some stickers and went above and beyond by making sure their visit was great. Don’t usually post reviews for places, but really think Josh deserved a shout out for his outstanding service!

The burger isnt bad nor great. I got the animal style fries and burger which is pretty much cheese melted on top with caramelized diced onions, and mayo-ketchup. For sure itll beat out McDonalds and Burger King, but for the simplicity of what the burger joint serves, its pretty much average.

I Love In and Out Burger. I do not eat any weight of any kind and they have a great option of a protein Burger which is served on lettuce instead of a bun. This is a perfect option for me when I on the go and need something quick to eat. Also their burgers are quite inexpensive. Their ground beef is also very high quality. Definitely a go to for a regular burger or a protein burger if you must eat gluten free.

Great food great prices as always but, they made drive through and to go orders first. This left my family of five and I waiting literally twenty minutes in the lobby. Hopefully they can fix this.

This place rocks. They have the best burgers in town. I always get the number #1 and animal style fries. The best part about in and out is the sauce they put on the burger. They are always super busy, but the staff work fast to make sure you get your food right away.

Oh In-n-Out Burger how I will miss thee... (Long Sigh..) Im from the East coast and where Im from yes we have Shake Sack, Five Guys, Z-Burger, Good Stuff Eatery and a thousand other burger places. But from customer service to just the simplicity of a good burger In-n-Out is just a place I kept coming back to my entire trip because of the all around good experience. Its hard to find that combo in any food establishment and for that Ill miss you dearly 💔.

Fries were really hard and crunchy, I got the animal fries, and my girlfriend got regular and we ended up throwing the fries away. Not pleased at all with my first experience.

I have to admit, I have heard about in and out burger long before I got to experience it. Before I even walked into the place, the drive through was full and so was the restaurant. And thats how I learned what the name In-N- Out Burger stood for. The choices are simple and the service is fast. You will be in and out. The burger and fries though are very basic, even in flavor. The price are very good though.

Tasty burger that was a little on the small side and not quite filling. The fries might as well have been sticks of styrofoam, completely devoid of taste. Im honestly kind of shocked at how popular this chain is.

Always a California classic: my personal recommendation is a number one - animal style with animal style fries and your choice of drink. There are also some low carb options if you simply request the burger to be wrapped in lettuce or if you’re going strictly keto just get the two patties smothered with cheese and grilled onions!

Normally, my fiancee is moving side by side with joy but this time she wasnt. They charged me for fries, I did not receive them. One of her protein burgers were slapped together rather than wrapped. Employees were very polite and energetic but lots of excess lettuce.

In-N-Out is the best for burgers reasonable, fresh and tasty..The only thing everybody knows about this place so its not really in and out, but very very good.

This is the worst In and Out location I have been too and I grew up in California. The burger was cold and my fries were hot and overcooked. The animal style burger was loaded with raw onions. I had to wait 45 minute for my meal even though I was second in line when I walked into the door. Terrible job and experience.

Staff was friendly and the vibe was good. As a first timer and a Canadian, the burgers were good but they did not blow my mind, maybe people overhyped them for me? Only rating 4 stars because their fries suck big time. You can ask them to leave them longer in the fryer and while it helps, they are still below average.

Burgers are delicious as always. Got to get them animal style. Fries are so so but if you order them extra well done they are much better. Unfortunately this location does not cook them well done when requested and they are soggy and almost inedible. Other locations have no problem at all cooking them extra well done which makes them very crispy and keeps them warm and fresh tasting until you get home. This is a very busy location even more so than others, but they do keep the line moving really quickly in the Drive-Thru. As with all in and out burgers they place your napkins on top of your burgers which they must stop doing because all the napkins become unusable from soaking up the cheese sauces and grease from the burgers. Great idea would be to keep the napkins away from the burgers or at least the top of the burgers.

Ordered 2 fries during their rush hour. I noticed there was someone elses order that had the same order as mine sitting at the counter. They called the name of the the individual but no response. In a few minutes there were many orders on the counter. Mine was called and I went to pick up my order and told them to make sure its not the order that was sitting for sometime on the counter for sometime and that wasnt picked up. I was reassured that its fresh and hot. I take the order and sit in my car. The fries were cold. Not happy .

I LOVE In N Out. I always have. I look forward to these burgers, fast friendly service, and clean facilities every time Im in town. Which is why I was so sorely disappointed with this location. Under normal circumstances I would give this place 5 stars. The service was friendly and fast even with an unusually long drive thru line. I have this place 2 stars because all I could smell was whatever disgusting cleanser they use in the bathrooms. And I did not even go into the bathroom. The cleanser doesnt even get rid of the smell or just mixes with it making it smell like dirty bathroom and cheap cleanser. It was horrible. I will not return.

The burgers were good but your style is kind of like Five Guys which I like very much the only thing I could see that was wrong where the french fries I dont know if I got a bad batch or what or if it was lunch rush but the fries were soggy and hard all at the same time. Mom had a strawberry milkshake she doesnt really drink milkshakes but she said it was the best she ever had
