This company is 100% reliable and it was a pleasure working with them.I sent a birthday basket to my daughter - by phone they (Linda) helped me to customize with caviar and champagne... they even made a special trip to a grocery store so they could include fresh sour cream!They also suggested a theme for this gift; they added cat-related merchandise. Unlike normal gift baskets, it was not junk...it was tasteful high quality merchandise.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I live in WI placing and order for a friend in CA, didn’t realize I was calling at 6am CA time. A lady answered the phone, I woke her up :( she was still so friendly and helpful! They also allowed me to include a bottle of my friends favorite wine that they went and picked up for me. They tried delivering and nobody answered and drove another half hour to try again after calling me and coordinating it. Just simply amazing customer service and the gift that was delivered was fantastic! My friend loved it and they made her day. Great business, thank you!!!
