Amazing customer service with a smile. To also big plus about shopping at this location is whenever they get busy they have additional checkers to make sure your checkout processes quickly. You cannot find a nicer staff from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. Plenty of parking to make your shopping needs in and out.

In the East Village, if you need something quick this is a better option then Albertsons. I did get a laugh out of a child who thought one of East Villages finest was a zombie. Lol, the local mix must of been running a little hot today!

I bought me $150 worth of groceries for $85 or they have the same thing as everybody else has but cheaper I can put they have to definitely have more than Walmart and Food 4 Less And Ralphs does an Albertsons they have more chicken products and more Frozen Fusion I do and theyre much cheaper price I bought me two bags of chicken no yeah a chicken tenders and a dollar 50 a piece why at the other store is it seven eight bucks for bag the cheap devices are like in 50 to 60% off everything in that store and I loved it is located right downtown San Diego convenia can be seen you go pass and get it the 5 bus the free bus go past it 901 goes past it on the 11 bus go pass it we conveniently put right there on Market Street downtown San Diego

It is Feb. 23, 21 I just went to grocery outlet which I do often because they have great deals and they r locally owned.... My cashier name was Stephanie so was so nice to me. I didnt understand a product and she patiently explained it to me and once I figure I had the wrong product she let run and grab it without making me get back in line.... I spoke to the owner as well and there intentions are to keep a locally owned store which makes me feel special as a store that is locally owned which such nice workers who care about putting the customer first. My new favorite wine and dairy place. As they get some of their supplies irregularly, it can be hit and miss, but that makes it even more exciting. Sometimes you get great absolute steals, like 16 ounce of top quality mascarpone cheese for 3.99, or well rated white wine for $1.99 (AND already chilled), or great quality ice cream for one third of the regular price, etc.Mind you though, sometimes you will come across goods that are cheaper elsewhere, so make sure you check your prices before you buy.

Ok grocery store, great prices on eggs and other items, they don’t carry many choices on milk, OJ and meat.There is the alcohol section and sometimes we get beer there, good prices.Some vagrants outside, be careful parking because is a busy lot.

I love that they are friendly and because I just about know everyone there my shopping at this store is always nice except when there is other crazy shoppers. I like going here, they always got different items but dont like an item because if you dont buy it then you lose for the deals be a steal an the items goes fast once it gone it is gone. Still go for they have new items every Wednesday.

Grocery Outlet is a very reasonable prices store. We got a good deal on cereal and soda today. There always good deals for whatever your needs may be at any time. I am always impressed with this store and there customer service.

I like the concept of Grocery outlet. Kind of like its to food what Ross is to clothing. Great deals, spotty selection. I did notice some items (like salad kits) were priced the same as traditional grocery stores. But more often, the price point was lower by 10-30%. One downside to the downtown location is no public restrooms. I hate to say it but my bladder cant handle the knowledge that it has nowhere to go after downing a Big Gulp!

I love this grocery store. We have saved so much money as a household by purchasing most of our groceries from here. Coming from NYC, we used to shop regularly at Whole Foods since that was the cheapest grocery store. The staff here are incredible and are always so friendly. My husband who goes occasionally even said to me the other day those people are so nice! (Referring to the staff at Grocery Outlet). The store is clean, well organized and stocked, and plenty of parking. We will be customers here for as long as we possibly can!

Arriving in San Diego 2 days ago, I needed a few things, I ventured into the Salvation Army and inquired for a super market. The directions led me to market & 10th where I found Grocery Outlet store. We have food outlet store in the Bronx under a different name. GO has beer and wine along with food and products needs at discount prices. A gallon of milk is 2.99 when a quart of milk is 1.99 boxes of cearals from $1.49 to 2.49 name brand. Grocery Outlet also a large selection frozen foods and batteries and other basic needs for travels. Enjoy!

I went here 8pm on a Saturday night, and it was busy! This store has a good selection of food and household items. I really liked the speedy check-out register system!!

I hadnt been here in quite a while and stopped in around 6 pm on a Monday. The store is well lit, clean, and has a surprising amount of organic produce (more than the last time I came). The shelves are well stocked and I got in and out in about 10 minutes. Still low prices. Check it out. ♡

My favorite items are yogurt - I wouldnt buy frozen food as I think they have flies in them sometimes. like 20 flies. edit: no flies. the defrosting attracts them is all and they sneak in - i think. unsure.Yogurt on sale is good. Sometimes juice. And various snacks like cheese its on sale or fiber ones.

Great prices, helpful staff, very clean. Plenty of parking. Not very crowded, and everyone was wearing a mask. Why can you store nowadays though, theres always some people they just cant wait to crowd up next to you and breathe all over you. Perhaps if they make it illegal deputize some of the store staff? A second rule that should be enacted is no cell phone use in the store. People talking at that phone are the super spreaders. When you verbalize consonants you spew virus everywhere in an aerosol. The store has done its best though. Have stickers on the floor showing the distance you should be. Naturally the cell phone users ignore that and I think enforcement should be more strict. I dont want to die for some fool that run stop signs or spreads covid-19.

Ive been shopping at different Grocery Outlets in SD since 2004. Sometimes they have neat wind chimes in the garden area. Good place to find deals.

Well supplied. A little overworked. Only problem is that most items are closeouts, so you may not find brands that you expect.

My favorite grocery store. I NEVER shop at the competitors anymore. The prices here are phenomenal! I usually find what I need, want or willing to try.

Produce is gross here.Reply to store: I didnt buy any produce because it was gross. Rotten onions, potatoes, and tomatoes. Maybe it was an off day, but those items should be removed and not kept. I wont be back to this particular store. Maybe the produce manager needs more feedback.

This location rarely has dairy free yogurt or Dreambone dog treats. Can always find something to buy even if Im not looking. Female cashier wasnt friendly.

The owners do a really good job at keeping the environment clean and friendly. Prices are pretty good as well. Usually not too crowded, so theres usually enough parking spaces in the parking lot. Overall, its a pretty good store.

When I do my grocery shopping. I start with the grocery outlet first. They have a wide range on food for about half of the price of ralphs and albertsons. There staff are super friendly. You can actually walk out of grocery outlet with 2 to 3 bags of groceries for about 25 dollars. Where else can you do that now of days?

Grocery Outlet is an amazing specialty grocer, with an awesome cafe for breakfast and lunch. This store yields some of the best prepared foods that I have come across in my travels. They offer carvery sandwiches, as well as a hot bar and made-to-order breakfast and lunch specialties.

(Update. The owner contacted me to apologize and told me to come In the store. When I got there, they gave me a whole case of the Reeds ginger beer!!! I havent had any bad experience there since then.)I think this is the first time I didnt have good customer service at grocery outlet. In my email today it said they had Reeds ginger beer. Its my favorite soda, so I was excited. I looked on the soda isle and didnt see it. Not even a place where it could have been earlier. So I looked on the juice isle, but didnt expect it to be there. Usually for temporary items like this, they would have a display on an end cap. So I asked 2 different employees, and one said if it isnt on the soda isle, then we probably dont have it. The other one said, sorry I havent seen it. Neither offered to help me look. Neither called the stockers to see where this product was shelved. Since it says beer on it, they could have accidentally put it in the alcohol section.

I moved so I dont go here anymore but I remember shopping here all the time. I heard my name alot while in the store but nothing ever came of it

Its a mom and pop owned business the owner works there you see him there all the time theyre great people and they just love to help you and answer questions and lead you to the things that youre looking for. They dont always have what Im looking for, but I go there regularly just to see what they do have. Their new items, their sale items are tremendous.

No customer Restroom, no solution, not spending another dollar at GO. Had to drive home, leave my full cart at store because no restrooms for a 10 second leak. Adios GO. Get a clue & Learn to have price tags.

This location has an issue in the parking lot. First parking is limited and then I have to park with a big pot hole. Inside the store smelt like urine (really bad)... when I went outside to the car I had to have my mom get in the car and lock the doors with our purses because the crowd outside were not very inviting... it is not well lite and will not stop here again.
