Good deals every now and then. Place is called Hanks Supermarket now.

Its a Hanks Farmers Market now. They have a decent selection on fruits and vegetables and they have a mexican bakery, tortilleria, with both corn and flour tortillas.

Its now called Hanks. Very nice, clean, great vegetables & fruit, great prices.

It’s possible this location was bought and is being rebranded as “Hank’s.” So more changes might be coming.I come here for the fresh tortillas, the bakery, and produce. The produce prices are usually the cheapest in the area.

I like to go this supermarket because products are cheap, the staff is very kind and helpful, the music is amazing.

Martin was a superb bagger and very helpful very helpful employee. Every time I go there he is pleasant happy and eager to help I wish more people were like him

Yes the vegetables are great everything is great except customer service from the cashier....I’m not sure what her name is but every time I come here it’s the same problem ....Today although when I had put the wrong pin for my food stamps she gave me an attitude and sighed while staring at the guy bagging my groceries...I understand her frustration because I used to work as a cashier but if she doesn’t have the patience to deal with her customers in a respectful manner she shouldn’t be working as a cashier....She was rude and in my experience does not have good customer service....I will no longer be coming here anymore....

Its the perfect little corner store, especially if you just want to pop in and get a few things. Its convenient for me because its right outside the apartment complex that I live in. Masks are required.

It very convenient place to shop cause its close to my house. But that place stinks. It has a very foul smell..I was just there 10 minutes ago.

Very clean, fresh and delicious tortillas.

Great place to find items needed in between monthly shopping trips for food supplies. Prices are good and they always have a fresh selection. They can improve a little more on the open registers during peak hours but it still doesnt take long to go in and out quickly. Have to mention the lady at the register today was great in keeping her composure when a customer was asking very rudely for her receipt and cursed at her before walking out when told it was in the bag (I think she was having a bad day!). Will definitely try to stop by more often.

Hi I just want to make you aware of an incident that happened to me that made me feel very in comfortable and I feel I should let you all know...When I was paying for my things I asked for a bag in English the cashier asked me if I speak Spanishwhy don’t I speak to her in Spanish she asked meIf I was embarrassed to talk in Spanish and...Where my parents were from and raisedShe was prying in my personal life asking me personal questionsShe with Anamocity also said that “hated the fact Mexicans come to in to the store speaking English and not Spanish I just came in to buy my things not to get offended by an employee I didn’t even know her! I shop here and so does my family and the fact that she made me feel upset leaving the store I don’t know if my family and I will shopHere ever againas an employee she crossed the line and was very disrespectful with me. I hope management does something about this and educate their employeesSent from my iPhone

I juiced constantly and this supermarket helps me get the fresh ingredients. The cucumber, carrots, celery and tomatoes are always on sale. They have great selection of produce. Ive been shopping here since 2011 and I visit the store 3x a week. The cashiers are friendly and the place is clean. I personally like the sale section and the weekly ads, it saves me money. I’m lucky this store is close to my house.

Very poor customer service cashiers are very rude to kids who pay with change they saved up and cant ever get a manager or any one for that matter to answer their phone. They say they dont except change if it aint rolled that they cant count 2.00 in pennys lol. They must of not finished school and reply on a register to tell them what to do👎 besides all that the they are over priced!

They sell expired and expensive products like milk and ice cream 😝. There sweet bread has fruit flys. The fruits is old and rotten and expensive. Employees are lazy and rude.

Thank you for finally removing the barriers to the entrance of your store! Now, my wheelchair and I are able to enter your establishment freely, without first having to request that someone come out and unlock the gate, and then wait for someone to come out and do it! It was not cool to be made to feel like a second class citizen, just to be able to shop at your store!

Neat and clean market. It is well stocked.

Family type market. Large produce section (little if any organic) a bakery, and ready to eat Mexican goodies, like chili rellenos, salsa and lots more. Those items can run out toward the end of the day. Fresh meat and fish. This is a food market with staples like toilet paper, but not a lot if you need OTC stuff and supplements. The food savings here compared to the large chains are substantial. As the name implies, this is a Mexican market. The staff is kind and helpful (except one who needs to learn where things are ).

Great place for Carne Asada and fresh tortillas. It looked like they werent making the tortillas anymore that evening, but the package of tortillas we picked up were still warm.Update, 2020-08-23: We were created as we came in. That was definitely a plus. Really made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Hard to believe a simple gesture like this goes so far.

My friend and i were waiting in line for 10 minutes then when we got to the front of the line, the cashier directed us to another line that we had to wait in. she helped another customer that was behind us. is this normal customer service here? we were in a hurry to go to a meeting. i also noticed some things were 3x the cost and other things were normally priced. i will try to avoid this place as much as possible but its walking distance and i dont have a car right now.

Are yall talking about the same super market??? Anyways 2 starts because the tortillas de harina are bomb other than that cashiers are not friendly, store needs an upgrade more welcoming looking. The fridges/freezers are empty, also everything is expensive .I could keep going ......

Great ptoduce at great prices. The cooked food & the tortillas are delicious, the frijoles puercos and costillitas are my fave! All the prepared food is delicious even the rice...not very many places can make good arroz. The staff is friendly & helpful. There are some items that are over priced but thats because they are in a convenient location. Great customer service!! (Dont listen to that guy, they are not racist...how would he know theyre talking trash if he doesnt speak the language? Sounds to me like hes the racist one)

This place really transformed . Remodeling was very much needed. Now it looks bright clean and welcoming. The food from the hot kitchen is delicious! Tastes like mamas cooking. The fresh made in house tortillas are bomb. Gotta get em before theyre gone. Produce prices are the best in the neighborhood. Brownie points on the Thrifty icecream & the tres leches cake is to die for. Love hate relationship with their fresh baked bolillo bread and sweet bread. Morning time is the best time to get em. My mouth is watering just thinking about the fluffy warm goodness but as for my lovely layer of fat they added to my belly for being so darn addicting.. not so bueno. Anywho check this place out! Lots of tasty deals.
