More expensive than Costco, for example - - but you get what you pay for. These people are extremely knowledgeable, and you get a very personal experience. They keep up to date with all the latest technology.

I couldnt be happier or more pleased with ChEARS Hearing Center. The Audiologists and center staff were friendly, helpful and focused on their clienteles comfort and success with getting accustomed to using hearing aids. Probably the best healthcare experience Ive had in years.

Called and talked to Jane about having an ear wash. Jane told me it will cost $150.00 and I accepted the estimate. By arrival the same day at 10:00 AM on 2/12/21, I was informed that a specialist on staff has to check my ear and it cost now $550.00. As I was about to pay them $55.00 for the visit and leave, they offered me now $300.00.I refused and left.Be aware about estimate you get on the phone from this institute!

If I hadn’t found ChEars Hearing Center to help me with my Tinnitus through Zen, I seriously feel I would have lost my mind. I was so incredibly upset by getting Tinnitus after I hit my head and got a concussion. Now I have tools to make it tolerable. I am eternally grateful to Dr Faillace. I had been to other audiologists and Dr Faillace was the only one who helped me!

I had bilateral hearing loss when I was about 50. I was pretty frightened. I have found ChEARS to be a comforting place to help me with my hearing aids. They really listened to my issues and had the right solution. 4 different settings for my hearing aids. Regular setting, a little less volume, a music setting and a setting for my loud work environment. Also they scold me for not not wearing my hearing aids in a very professional way! Yes, wearing hearing aids as often as possible is good for you for many reasons.

I took my 2.5 year old for a hearing test and to get the pressure in his ears checked. It was an amazing experience! My son loved the doctor, enjoyed the interactive test and the praise that came along with getting it right! It was a wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone who need their childs ears tested!

The staff and Dr Kearney are great. Ive not met the other Drs but assume they are just as nice and competent. She puts you at ease, explains what is going to happen, the results and your options. My first visit made having to get a hearing aid virtually painless. Subsequent visits have been equally pleasant. I would recommend anyone to this center.

I have been going to ChEARS for my hearing aids for more that 10 years. During that time I have worked with Dr. Robert Faillace, Dr. Lucia Kearney, and and Dr. Nick Faillace for hearing evaluations and hearing aid tune up and every appointment has been great. They have all been very knowledgeable and professional. Also the Patient Coordinators, Jan Kinslow and Christy Walsingham are very friendly and make sure they work you into the schedule quickly. I highly recommend ChEARS for your hearing needs.

I owe Dr. Kearney a HUGE thank you for saving my daughters hearing.My daughter experienced a sudden one sided hearing loss 8 days prior to her initial appointment. I decided to seek an ENT consult due to my growing concern for the lack of hearing improvements after two physicians evaluations and treatment recommendations. My daughters official appointment with her ENT physician wasn’t until next week. However, it was recommended I get an audiology assessment beforehand.I happened to come across chEARS audiology clinic on the internet that morning. I was shocked when I was told they could see her that afternoon. I guess I didn’t realize how time sensitive sudden hearing loss could be.Dr. Kearney knew that in order to save any of her hearing treatment should start immediately. She was so concerned after the audiology assessment that she had called a nearby ENT clinic to make sure we were seen that evening.My teenage daughter was diagnosed with Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss (SSHL). She was started on a different array of medications that day to jump start her hearing. She is now on a effective treatment and positive recovery to gaining her hearing back.Dr. Kearney’s complete dedication to all her patients is astounding. She is very professional. She listens to our concerns and answers all our questions. She uses the latest and up to date audiology equipment. I truly can’t say ENOUGH positive compliments about Dr. Kearney and her staff at Chears Audiology. Thank you!

Called this place multiple times. Was told I was going to get a call back a couple of times and never did. Left voicemails with one of their doctors. I totally understand that they might be busy or short staffed due to the current situation but if you cant see patients then maybe dont lead them on? If you cant see patients or are too busy say that and Ill keep looking for a clinic that can provide me with the medical help I need. After not being able to get in contact with any of their doctors they gave me number for other doctors in the area, felt like they were just trying to get rid of me. There was another review here that I seems to have been deleted from another person also inquiring about their cerumem removal services and was ignored. Most of the positive reviews here are for the ear devices. I dont have a problem if they dont want to offer the service but dont advertise it on your website if youre not willing to help people out.

Finding out your newborn needs hearing aids is an incredibly hard pill to swallow, but Dr. Kearny couldnt have made it easier. She makes sure we are comfortable before leaving every appointment and sees us quickly every time we walk in.. Which is pretty often. Her and the entire staff are sweet, patient, and accommodating. We’re really lucky to have had them through this experience.

We love Lucia Kearney! She has seen our 2.5 year old twin boys twice and has always been so patient, understanding and most importantly can get results even with crying toddlers. Ive worked with a prior pediatric Audiologist and our experience with Dr. Kearney is like night and day. She was able to calm down our twins, re-direct their attention and get their needed results. Im so glad that Dr. Rowley Busino referred her to us. But the very best part is that she worked with us when we were going through terrible insurance issues - Dr. Kearney and her staff are awesome! They really treat their patients like human beings. Our twin boys and our family are truly grateful for your services.

I have been seeing both Drs. Faillace and Kearney for about 3 years. My hearing aids were purchased on the East Coast at a different hearing clinic. When I started seeing the audiologists at the Chears clinic, I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and service. Each time I am seen, they make appropriate and useful adjustment to my hearing aids. In short, I am highly pleased with the audiologists at this clinic. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking audiological services.

Great experience with these guys, Dr. Kearney was awesome. I was struggling with severe tinnitus and Dr. Kearney was able to assist me getting some hearing aids that really helped. I still have tinnitus but it is much more manageable. Thanks guys!
