The office staff and Dr rate a 5+ on a 1-5 scale. Excellent!!I have had my hearing aids for a little over a year and all my dealings with Hear USA has been wonderful. Very knowledgeable and pleasant personnel. I recommend HEAR USA to anyone who is looking to purchase great hearing aids as well as great customer service!!

The office staff was awesome! They made me feel comfortable and transitioning into wearing hearing aids was a scary thing for me. Heather made me feel at ease and made things amazing for me.I will definitely free then to anyone that asks where to go to for their hearing aid needs.

I felt really relaxed while I was at the clinic. The nurse and the doctor were patient and pleasant. I am a doctor too, therefore I can tell how expert the doctor was. I appreciate what she did for me.

Took my mother for a hearing test. Dr. Horner did a wonderful job putting her at ease, explaining the results of the test, making recommendations on hearing aids and the importance of hearing on cognitive functions.I highly recommend HearUSA - especially Dr. Horner.
