I really had an excellent experience shoe shopping here. Sissy the associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. And she genuinely seemed to want to help. Some people make it seem like your such an inconvenience to them, bit Sissy and the manager were very kind. Also the prices for quality shoes was very desirable.

Worse experience! Wearing a mask is not a mandate any more, and the associates yell at you as soon as you walk in like if you have the virus 🦠 on top of you really rude the way they approach that they want you to wear a mask need to replace your associates never coming back to support your brand

Really happy with the personal touch assistance I received in the UTC store from Eric and Cissy (store manager) while having shoes dropped shipped to my house, then returned to the store for different sizes to then be shipped out again. Both individuals were able to explain ECCOs unique approach to making shoes, and sold me on the value of the shoes. Customer experience is excellent!Looking forward to getting my shoes! (Fulfillment isnt the fastest; didnt get an email update with shipping info for one item; I was able to find out everything I needed to know by calling their central phone number. Kudos on the great phone CX, too!)

Robert at the La Jolla Village branch has to be one of the best in the business, and fully deserves his position (and to go even higher). He demonstrated true care for me and my well-being and the type of shoes I needed for my summer, unlike some other salesmen who are only trying to push their own products. While that is to be expected, it was refreshing — especially since you can tell he provides genuine interpersonal service, and does it all the time, with every customer. He even went out of his way too, I think on his own personal time, to work with another branch to help me obtain what I needed.

Forget the shoes! LOVE the people in the store! Kai and Paul very helpful, above and beyond, I dont know other peoples name in there though. Excellent service and very informative.Thanks.

From the moment I walked into to Ecco I was greeted by the store manager Robert. He asked if I had any questions and I did. I told him I found a shoe I liked at Nordstrom but they didnt have my size in stock. He personally went to Nordstrom himself and checked out the shoe I was talking about. They didnt have it in stock but let me try on a couple different sizes and helped me choose the best fitting one. What really helped me out was that he called the outlet store in Carlsbad and had them hold the exact shoe that I wanted. I was thoroughly impressed and happy with the service that Robert provided me. I will definitely be returning. Thanks again Robert!

Catherine was horrible. I was under high pressure to buy the entire time, and when I was done she refused to even shake my hand. Like no purchase get out kinda vibe. No care for the person just the dollar.
