This experience was well above my expectations! Everyone was very friendly and professional, and made you feel valued as a customer. This was my first time shopping here, and I will for sure be back! The SA that helped me was Edgar… what a gem! His recommendations were amazing, and he introduced me to the LV fragrance line! I thought Prada had good service, but I think LV topped them, and that’s pretty hard to do.

First time buyers and a little nervous. Had a short wait and we were welcomed into the store. Once in we walked around for a minute or two and was greeted by Briana Blanco. Fellas, fair warning shes a charmer and very knowledgeable on all products within the store. So before you think your going to walk out without making a purchase please remember this, not going to happen. She provided customer care and personable knowledge that would make anyone want to spend their day shopping for purses. The customer care and answers received was amazing. We will visit again soon and we will definitely request Briana Blanco.

We have purchased so many things at this location. To be honest, staff /customer service is terrible except for one associate (Chris) who goes above and beyond. Youd expect a good customer service from a high-end store after spending thousands at a time, but not at this location. Simply terrible.

They didn’t allowed my husband to come inside because he was in his work clothes we where obviously here to shop I knew what I wanted and was there to spend not “window shop ” LV please train your staff better. I went in and have bought multiple pieces. Wallet we had, had turned up and became unacceptable to use for price and time frames owned. I was told I paid for the name and that it was canvas and just how it is. First off when you pay 500$ for a wallet that probably cost 10$ to make how do you even say a word? I had a string come loose at coach and no questions asked. I refuse to support a brand that over charges and canvas? And told you pay for the name Ill go to fendi and chanel l and get real service....and I never write reviews but this was just gross to me. Bye LV from a customer who would of spent a lot more with you.
What a beautiful store, it feels like walking into a luxury movie set. I was greeted at the door by two or three beautiful ladies who direcred me to cashier who directed me to the manager. Thankfully they were up front, honest and informative during our interaction and I appreciate that even though my mission was not accomplished. So Im only giving 4 stars because they need to upgrade and get a Re-Sizing Service available on site for applicable items, like belts, in case people get bigger or smaller and need a hole or two added.

I visited Louis Vuitton San Diego Fashion Valley earlier this morning to bring in my LV briefcase for some minor repairs. I had a wonderful experience, starting with being kindly greeted as I entered. Lynne helped me with my repair and really went above and beyond for me. Christina, who had helped me the time before also remembered me and stopped by to say hello :) I felt very welcomed and hope to continue being a loyal customer.
Wanted to buy something and i was pushed out of the store by the lady because she “had to leave” she helped others out and when i wanted to buy something she didn’t care. it’s ok if you had to leave but at least refer me to someone else so i can make a purchase because i dont care for ordering stuff i wanted to buy it right then and there. don’t get why i wasn’t given the same time of day as the other person before.

Serious discrimination! bad service,bad manager! My friend and I bought three bags here this week. I bought a three-in-one schoolbag. When I got home, I found there was only one dust bag inside. There were four at first. So I called the customer service department, and the customer service department told me that there were indeed three dust bags and asked me to go directly to the store to take them away. Because of covid-19, I had to line up. I happen to be the first. After waiting for 10 minutes, it was my turn to go in. What surprised me was that they ignored me and let the people behind me in. The staff told me that I couldnt go in because I didnt buy it, but I couldnt go in with anything! They once again emphasized not to buy anything and not let in! Its eighty-seven degrees outside. Im so hot. Is this a fk joke? I ranked first and second. Obvious discrimination! After paying the money, I am no longer their guest. I have to buy a bag to get in. They wont let me hold the receipt. are you out of your mind ! The manager came out reluctantly, saying that there was no dust bag. I told the manager that your customer service said yes, you said no, she walked away impatiently for a while, and then came out and said there was really no. I told her to check the email again, the customer service provided you with the information, and she just took the bag and didnt read it. this is joking about service.
Lester went above and beyond for giving me extraordinary customer service. The avenue sling bag I really desire wasnt available when I dropped by earlier this week, he offered me an option that he can order it online and have it deliver to my home free of charge, so I did place an order that day with him and to my surprise I got the bag in 2 days, I was excited and checked the entire bag however some stitches were not good to my taste as I am perfectionist. So, I called the Louis Vuitton store and spoken with Lester who assured me that he will take care of it since they recently received new shipment. Excitingly, I went back to the boutique, Lester let me check 2 bags meticulously and I finally got the one which satisfy my perfectionism. Overall, I would highly recommend this store to anyone and look for Lester who will make everything possible. Thank you massively.
They need better customer service
Make an appointment online to avoid waiting in long lines... also you can go 15mins before they open. They have a huge selection of stuff... and the mens area has a decent selection as well... bags, wallets, sunglasses, shades, small leather goods, etc... all the staff were friendly and helpful except for one older guy... whatever... they said they were out of boxes and gave me a bag instead but I saw some people in the mall later on with boxes so...🤷♂️ Send me a box if your reading this! Lol

Placed an online order 11/16/2020 for an Avenue sling bag $1,670.13 I chose in store pick up. a few days later I received an email that my item was ready for pick up i made it out to the store 40 minutes each way . Upon arrival, I let them know I was there to do a pick up, they asked for my name, went to the back to look for my item, they came back out and said they couldnt find my item, they went to the back once again, this time with the manager who was there, they came back out a second time, asked for my email and they finally came back out only to be told my item was unavailable and they added that the item was already picked up ??? How is that possible ?? According to them someone else picked it up the same day with an exact ID and debit card that matched mine and also the exact pick up email yet they dont have proof or a picture of the persons ID or debit card and conveniently they say a manager Erin Croskey apparently gave it to the individual. How am I supposed to believe that when they didnt even ask me for ID or email when picking up my item!?!? They then told me they could not issue me a refund or a replacement item until an investigation was conducted I was very upset but I was already there I proceeded to purchase the same bag in-store since its been sold out online for a while, along with another $2500 bag for my wife and a perfume. they assured me in store that they would get to the bottom of the issue and yet to this day 11/30/2020 I have yet to get a resolution from anyone from Louis Vuitton they have completely ignored me I have called the manager Eric Croskey more times then I can count and left countless voicemails and they have completely ignored me I also called customer service with zero follow up. DONT BOTHER ORDERING ONLINE THEY WILL MOST LIKELY LOOSE YOUR ITEM AND YOUR MONEY!!

I waited 30 years to get an LV bag and finally did today! Service was exceptional. I was helped on the phone and in store by Lee and he was very attentive. My daughters and will be back for sure!! Having to wear a mask was the only bummer, but not the stores fault, just is what it is.

I had a very long purchase with LV. I ordered a pair of shoes and was charged instantly but after 19 of back and forth I was eventually given a refund and told the shoes were gone. I want to give a one star rating because the LV system was so broken and outdated that I was charged for shoes that didn’t exist and then I had to CHASE them down for my refund.The only reason I’m raising my rating is because of the man who helped me, Lee. He went to 2 different managers to help him get my shoes from the store that kept denying his request. He went above and beyond even AFTER I got my refund from LV. He reached out to me and asked if I still wanted the shoes because he had finally acquired them for me and it was at my house the next day.Thanks to Lee. No thanks to LV.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life time! For such a large and prestigious store, you would expect the very best customer service possible. I had originally purchased a handbag which I loved, which broke within a short period of time. At which point, I made my way to the Costa Mesa Louis Vuitton store, where they gave me one of two options. One was to repair the bag, the other was to trade up for another bag and pay the difference. Their selection was quite limited, so I made a selection, which I was less than satisfied with. There was additional cost involved. Based on the distance, there was not a very convenient time to drive back and exchange the selection I made. I finally made it down to the Fashion Valley store, with the bag I had upgraded to, which had never been worn or removed from the box. I was prepared to pay more for the bag that I truly wanted, yet they refused to accommodate the exchange/upgrade, based on the length of time it took me to get back to one of there locations. The handbag I brought back was one that was in their current inventory, and they would have had no problem reselling it, yet they turned me away feeling frustrated and anguished. I also called their customer service center while still in the store, which again, gave me no satisfaction or solution. Truly I have shopped at much lower scale stores, which have been much more honorable than this much higher end store. This is a company that cares very little or not at all about the consumer. I advice anyone who shops here to tread lightly. I have never been so disappointed in my life with a retail store.

Today I purchased my very first Louis Vuitton bag! Tanner had some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. He seemed just as excited as I was and didnt try to upsell me in a larger bag that I didnt need. He made sure my bag fit my body frame and gave great advice when it came to picking the print I wanted. I am so excited to use my Never Full bag and I will certainly be back to shop with Tanner! A+++
Staff here is amazingly helpful if youre looking to buy anything. I worked with Rita and asked a lot of questions and she was amazing, answered them all and was extremely personable. Definitely coming back here to work with her again
It’s a nice location. The few times I’ve been here it takes me awhile to get help. They do tend to be busy so that could be the reason but personally feel likes it’s based on how I looked (how I was dressed). However, once I am getting help the couple different sales associates I’ve worked with are very nice.

I dont dress like I have any money so sometimes places turn up their noses at me. This one did at first until they saw my wifes ring and then we got service. Funny how people who work retail at a mall have such an attitude of superiority.Regardless of our initial chilly reception, my wife bought the cross body shes been looking for which made her super happy. We went in LV stores in NYC and Vegas when we were there but they didnt have it, yet this store did. They monogrammed it for her in just a few minutes and we were on the way. Weve had better service in other LV stores, especially in Vegas. LV is about pretense and show... Im not showy and this store seemed to want to look down on me. Oh well. Still spent thousands on a purse.
Worked with Lauren to purchase a wallet at this location. She was extremely pleasant taking time with me to discuss the best products to fit my needs while also allowing me time to browse other items. After purchasing I received a friendly email thanking me for the visit and providing her contact information if any assistance was needed in the future. The rest of the staff seemed friendly upon entering the store as well. One of the best experiences I have had purchasing at a Louis Vuitton store.

Theres nothing worse than feeling discriminated against over an item I can afford. I love this store but 2/3 times Ive been this year to make a purchase the team member makes me feel like I dont belong there and trys to rush me out. Last night was no exception. Not to mention I wasnt even given the right receipt. She just took one off of the counter and put it in my bag. I come back for the products but if you find a sales consultant that you like. Stick with them. That being said Zyan is really nice and makes you feel welcome.
Usually this store makes me happy but today everything looked the same. The selection seemed below average. I even told the sales rep. The selection seemed poor compared to the colorful Gucci store next door and I am not a Gucci girl.

I spent $3650 on the Babylone handbag, took it home and tried to fill it with my everyday items all to find the bag is too small. Came to the store to exchange it for the larger bag and the store manager Leilani Mora Cole accused me of using the bag and refused to exchange it. They were rude, unaccommodating and disrespectful. The best way I can describe this managers demeanor is that she had rent a cop syndrome. When you give someone with no class and no respect authority and all of a sudden they misuse/abuse their position of power to try to demean people. Now I’m stuck with an expensive handbag I’ll never use. Louis Vuitton was historically a symbol of exclusivity, quality and class. Too bad the leadership and management team at the store in Fashion Valley San Diego Ca exudes NONE of these qualities.
Ashmalli Sanders is the best client associate I have ever met. I fell in love with Louis Vuitton in my late teens, and I have always saved up money to shop. I’ve shopped with Ashmalli a number of times now. She is kind, patient, funny, and takes the time to get to know her clients. I really love how honest she is when I ask for her opinion on different items. I was going to buy a Chanel yesterday, but after the kind treatment I received from Ashmalli, I ended up buying several things at LV instead. 😬Store manager and Leilani, if you are reading this, please know Client Associates like Ashmalli builds brand loyalty. Great selection, horrible staff. A lady named Elaine helped me and looked at me as if I didn’t belong in the store. Ignoring that, I continued to ask for a specific loafer that she claimed was not there. As I browse through the shoes I find the shoe I asked for in a window facing outside. Considering how much I wanted the shoe and had not found it yet, I brought it to her and asked for my size. Even after my purchase she decided to follow me out the store as if I was going to steal something.🤦♂️ who ever is in charge here needs to put there employees in check. Elaine’s job is to inspire people, and sell merchandise. Not judge whoever walks in there!

By far the worst Louis Vuitton experience I had after having shopped in Paris, Dubai and İstanbul stores... For an item I bought, for 3 days nobody answered the phone then customer service dropped them a message to call me back again no answers... when I finally went to pick up to the store; again everybody was so busy that they could not attend a 9-month pregnant lady....It is a pity for brand reputation but I don’t know if anybody cares the same....

My wife bought me the LV pocket organizer as a gift. LV products are super high quality and the shopping experience is superb. The salesperson was very attentive to all of her needs. Typically when you go into a LV, you get fantastic service. This one lived up to the LV experience. Highly recommend for your leather appointed goods.

Overall, Ive always had excellent experiences with all associates at LV except for one particular associate. Librado was very rude, it almost seems like a bother to help customers. I was purchasing a wallet for my husband as an early fathers day gift. This man did not bother to provide options, simply a very stuck up man. He did not provide his card, his name or at least appear or fake to be a helpfull associate. He was very dry, he did not state his name or provide his card. I obtained his name by looking it up on the receipt. Ive spent thousands of dollars at the LV store, the least they can do is provide us with excellent customer service. I will never purchase any item from the LV store in Fashion Valley, unless that man is gone!!! I am extremely upset!
